“I had an excellent customer service experience at Chick-fil-A today. Yesterday, I paid with a $100 bill at the drive-through, picked up my food, and accidentally drove away before getting my change. I didn’t realize what had happened until later that night.
Thankfully, I still had my receipt, so I went back today and spoke with the manager, Owen. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to contact the manager who had been working the previous day, verified what happened, and made sure I received my change.
I really appreciate the honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service. It’s reassuring to know there are still businesses and employees who genuinely care about doing the right thing. Thank you, Owen and the Chick-fil-A team!“
“I absolutely love Chick fila! Outstanding customer service! Nice attitudes, fast and friendly service! Not to mention my Chicken Wrap was awesome! I haven't had a good chicken wrap in a long time and boy did chick fila make me happy! I'll definitely be back. I was in and out within ten minutes max and the line was long but they are fast! “I always enjoy coming here. I now have the app where I can sit down and order my food and get it delivered to my table. It does beat waiting in line. I have also started using my points to get free items such as a sandwich or a milkshake. The employees here are great and will take good care of you.“

The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and the community they serve.
One of my favorite things about this location is all of the community events they put on throughout the year. They do a wonderful job creating fun experiences for families and making everyone feel included. * **The Vibe:** Apparently, this location doubles as the town's social hub. They host local community events here, which makes total sense because the energy is immaculate.
* **The Staff:** They weren't just friendly; they were an elite, well-oiled machine. There were plenty of staff members on deck, and they deployed exceptional hospitality.
