“This Chick-fil-A is located in the hospital food court and it's very loud and there's a lot of people sometimes you stand in line a long time it's easier if you go right before lunch all right before dinner to be able to beat the rush.“

“Outstanding service as always! I came through to use my gift cards I received for chick fila and I went through the drive through to order. The gentleman that took my order was really nice & welcoming! Outstanding customer service! He was an older gentleman and I really wanna thank him for being so nice! Good customer service goes a long way! I ordered 12 count nuggets, a 4 piece tender and then added on a 2 piece tender just trying to use up the gift cards & everything was handled in a timely professional manner. For them to be standing outside taking orders in all types of weather ?️☁️ I really wanna tell them thank you to all of the employees out there taking orders on your feet, in all weather temperatures and to think how you're able to remain to smile and be nice says alot. I say you all need a raise for that alone! Atleast $20 an hour and I think you should be allowed tips. Thank you for everything and the best customer service award goes to y'all definitely.
