“I moved to Greenville sc about a year and a half ago, and one of the first friendly faces I met was Luke at Chick-fil-A. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize what an incredible employee he is.
From the very beginning, Luke made me feel genuinely welcome in a new city. He learned my order by heart, always remembers to bring me my granola out with my mobile order and makes every visit feel personal. It's the little things that make a big difference, and Luke consistently goes above and beyond.
When Chick-fil-A opened even closer to my home, I was thrilled because I got to visit more often. Seeing Luke's smiling face each morning has become one of the highlights of my day. He always greets me warmly, makes sure my mobile order is correct, and treats every customer with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
The entire staff at this location is amazing. The restaurant is always spotless, well-organized, and welcoming, and it's clear that everyone takes pride in providing outstanding service. But Luke truly stands out. Employees like him create loyal customers and leave lasting impressions.

“I went here today after having a bad day and one of the staff members saw I wasn't in a good mood and offered to buy me a milkshake. The kindness of that employee made me start tearing up. I wasn't able to get the milkshake because people in the car behind me started yelling at me to leave the line after I had gotten my order but not the milkshake and I got too stressed out to stay and wait, but I am incredibly grateful to that employee who made my day a little better by showing me that there's still kind people in the world. I'm very sorry they wasted their money and I hope they get a raise.“
