“Doesn’t seem as bad as other reviews suggest. It’s operated by Aramark, so you don’t get the same level of service that a regular Chick-Fil-A location provides, but they seem to prepare the food quick, and it tasted just as good, so I can’t complain.“
“This is a BIG shout out to Mr. Rick! He was very attentive. Mr. Rick got me a drink refill and offered to take my tray when I was done. He was genuinely happy to serve me. I also watched him from my corner table assist a couple mothers and interacted with their young kids with crayons and coloring pages, etc.
