I had to lower the rating because they changed their drive through and it is way too slow now.
The food was good, but had to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes
Chick-fil-A Pelham Rd is always a great experience! The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious, and my order is always prepared correctly. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and the community they serve.

While the peach milkshake may not always taste like peach, the overall experience is consistently positive and the food is up to Chick-fil-A standards.
