We had a VERY POSITIVE experience with Bonefish last week. Our server was NICK - he was outstanding. I had brought in some online gift cards which had problems - but SHAWN GILLETTE went over and beyond to help us. VERY PLEASED !

My hisband and I have had some really great waitresses over the years eating at various restaurants, but our waitress Casey at BoneFish Grill in Greenville SC, hits the top of our list. Super great at her job, and a wonderful personality.

Bonefish Grill offers a phenomenal dining experience with good service and delicious food. The restaurant is accommodating to special dietary needs, as shown by the manager's effort to prepare a fresh meal for a customer with histamine intolerance. The food is absolutely delicious, with standout dishes like Butter Fish and Bourbon Glazed Salmon. Servers, including Jenna and Hannah Grace, are known for their friendly, attentive, and helpful service. Hannah Grace, in particular, made a memorable impression with her warm smile and great attitude throughout the dining experience. While the restaurant can get busy, especially on weekends, the food is served in a timely manner, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. Some guests have noted that it can be quite cold inside, so it's advisable to bring a sweater or light jacket. Bonefish Grill is a decent restaurant that is worth another try.
