We had a VERY POSITIVE experience with Bonefish last week. Our server was NICK - he was outstanding. I had brought in some online gift cards which had problems - but SHAWN GILLETTE went over and beyond to help us. VERY PLEASED !
Coming to dine here was by far the best idea for great food and service we have had in years. Nicolas was our server and made everything for us perfect. Everything was timed perfectly and we didnt have to ask for anything. Service like that is hard to come by. He is an amazingly charismatic young man. Pure brilliance. We haven’t come back here in a really long time after a negative dinning experience, but we got a coupon in the mail and decided to give it another try. We are so glad that we did! Nicolas, our server was very prompt with getting our drinks and food to the table. He never missed a beat. He had great recommendations from start to finish and his selections were spot on! Servers, including Jenna and Hannah Grace, are known for their friendly, attentive, and helpful service. Hannah Grace, in particular, made a memorable impression with her warm smile and great attitude throughout the dining experience. While the restaurant can get busy, especially on weekends, the food is served in a timely manner, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed.
