“I have tried several meal prep services. Big name ones and small local ones...if they are out there I tried them. Lean Kitchen is the BEST meal service there is hands down. It's food you actually WANT to eat and it TASTES GOOD. I look forward to having a tasty/healthy meal everyday after the gym.Vegetarian options: They have plant based things including Beyond burger patties and they are yummy!Parking: Plenty of parking spaceDietary restrictions: They have something for every diet. Even plant based, keto, counting calories...“
“The meal plans are convenient and a good price for the amount of meals, but it’s hard to stay consistent and buy meals every week when the meal selection gets more and more hard to choose from as the weeks go on. It’s like one week the meals are great, and there’s a nice menu to choose from, and then the next week the meal selection has no good choices. I’m not sure why the whole menu has to be outlandish choices, why can’t a few simple meals be added so there’s something to actually pick from? And I know there’s fridges with other simple meals. But you can’t get those with the meal plan prices. So while it’s been a few weeks of consistency for us, sadly won’t be ordering this upcoming week due to no good options .“

I chose the Ethiopian Stew and some sweets (coconut blast & belly rubs) with a detox tea to wash it down! Everything was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection!
