“The food was hot but tasted just okay. They were fairly busy, as expected, but the service was fine. They didn't know what our order was and they had to be told what we ordered. The donut was good but their other breakfast items are not that great. I think I will stick to donuts and coffee.“
“Amazing customer service after attempting to order a white chocolate chia latte at the store on Pelham and having a really bad experience on Pelham (they made me a chai latte, but refused to give me the white chocolate chai after saying it wasn’t a thing, and giving rude looks at me) I called this store on woodruff and I explained what happen and they offered to correct the order for me (I paid for the additional white chocolate syrup added, which I didn’t mind)! I was welcomed from the minute I walked in with a smile, they immediately engaged in conversation with me and apologized for the prior store! They made me feel welcomed from the start and made my experience so much better! I think they did an amazing job handling this! Sierra and Sarge (sounded like Sargent) were amazing! They deserve all the praise! As someone who use to work in customer service these two are a great example of amazing customer service!“
“Went through the drive thru. Ordering was quick and easy. My drink was ready when I got up to the window after ordering. I have been to this location when they are busy but they keep the line moving at a steady pace. Drinks have all been good!“
“I drive about 20 mins pass a closer one just to this particular D&D. Mr Gene is simply THE BEST. There's another lady that takes the orders and work the drive thru that should be acknowledged as well. They always go above and behind for me.“
“I dont understand liking Starbucks. If someone brought it to my home I wouldn't drink it. Especially when Dunkin Donuts is here! The best coffee hands down. Who can resist a Boston cream donut. Iced chocolate on one side, but the middle is Boston Cream it oozes out as you eat it. It's like vanilla pudding on steroids. It was voted the most popular donut a few years back.“

Specifically Normah and Pedro, me and my friend had went to the other location closer to the mall and they were fully closed lights off at 7:30 pm so we came to this location and got there at 7:50 pm, we apologized to Normah and Pedro for coming close to closing and explained why and they were both so understanding and considerate and told us that they will never turn anyone away until 8 pm these are awesome people that you have on your team!“
