“I go through the drive through 3-4 times a week with a mobile order on the way to work at around 6 am. I am always greeted by Rebecca and another staff member. They are so kind. Even when there is a line in the drive through they move quickly. I changed to this Dunkin from the one on grove road (closer to my work) for the better experience.“
“I accidentally placed an order in the mobile app twice. Apparently the store can’t refund a mobile app but when I got to the store to pick up, the manager Teri said they figured I double ordered and asked if I wanted to come get the second order the next morning. I really appreciated that she was so solutions oriented and that she gave me that option. The staff was really friendly even though it was Sunday morning at 1015am and they were slammed with customers inside and outside of the store.“

“I go here all the time and in my option since I was a kid Dunkin’ isn’t as great as it used to be, but the staff are so friendly and work so hard I feel very taken care of so I keep coming back! The energy and enthusiasm you receive when you reach the window is so fun! Chi served us yesterday and she was so upbeat for it being 9 in the morning I loved her.“
“I dont understand liking Starbucks. If someone brought it to my home I wouldn't drink it. Especially when Dunkin Donuts is here! The best coffee hands down. Who can resist a Boston cream donut. Iced chocolate on one side, but the middle is Boston Cream it oozes out as you eat it. It's like vanilla pudding on steroids. It was voted the most popular donut a few years back.“
“Ms. Norma and Pedro provided the best customer services I have EVER received. The amount of care and kindness they gave while I told them my mom was in the hospital, was more than I expected.
