“Love this location, food, and service, except for one thing. I get that some people love it, but the volume and selection of music is off-putting. Christian music isn’t for everyone and having it absolutely blaring makes me feel a certain way in here. No thanks, I’ll go to another location.“

“I was here for lunch a couple of times. I can really only speak to lunch items like burgers and sandwiches. I had the marble canyon burger? I think was the name. It was mid to good. It wasnt quite what I was hoping for based on the menu description but it was still tasty. I was picturing browned seasoned mushrooms and blue cheese crumbles. It was more like blue cheese dressing and salad mushrooms. I forgot what I got the first time I went but I remember it being good, but not exceptional enough to remember. I may go with an entree or pasta next time I stop in here and see if I can edit that food rating. The burgers are large and the ingredients are obviously good, but they weren't memorable in flavor, but ive had some pretty amazing burgers in the past.

My favorite thing about this place is, at lunch anyway, how quiet and comfortable it is to sit and enjoy a meal. Its also in the same parking lot with one of the lowes I visit regularly for my job which makes it very convenient as well.“

Staff were very nice, greeted everyone, and made sure I had everything in my to-go order before I left. Even gave me an extra tea when I forgot to order one.“

“I dined there tonight and was horrified to witness a very unprofessional and negative interaction between Logan (the manager) and an elderly female bartender towards a professional looking female patron who simply sent a drink back because the waiter didn't make the correct drink. They accused this poor woman of being drunk and followed her to her car screaming and yelling at her. It was very uncalled for and very upsetting to all the other diners. Over a drink that THEY didn't make correctly. I will never dine there again after witnessing this.“

“I normally do my own meal prep but this weekend due to traveling, I decided to order 4lbs of unseasoned chicken breast from Tropical Grille in Simpsonville, SC. Ciera's customer service was excellent, and Arturo cooked my chicken to perfection. After calling the restaurant to give my verbal review, I decided to do a written one as well. I was saddened to hear today was Ciera's last day. She's taken my order a few times in the past and has always been awesome.“

“This is probably the best waffle house I've ever been to. The staff tonight was incredibly friendly and kind, they prepared delicious food quickly and made it fresh to order. I was so thrilled by my experience with the friendly staff that I've gone on to tell several of my friends about my experience. If you're in Simpsonville and looking for an affordable meal served by smiling faces this is where you need to go. I'll definitely be back.“
