“Always good food and good service“

“Me and a friend of mine were in Simpsonville yesterday 01/03/2026 and tried their burger and it was the first time I ate there and we both enjoyed it and the service was amazing“

“First time visiting and I can tell you it won't be my last. Food was excellent and the service was great. The lobster Alfredo was wonderful and my wife's ribs were good as well. Also enjoyed their calamari. My wife had lunch here with friends on Tuesday and asked to eat here on our anniversary. I can see why.“

“I normally do my own meal prep but this weekend due to traveling, I decided to order 4lbs of unseasoned chicken breast from Tropical Grille in Simpsonville, SC. Ciera's customer service was excellent, and Arturo cooked my chicken to perfection. After calling the restaurant to give my verbal review, I decided to do a written one as well. I was saddened to hear today was Ciera's last day. She's taken my order a few times in the past and has always been awesome.“

“Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere and staff are amazing. All the appetizers were a total hit. The meatballs, wings, and the fried zucchini were my favorites from the appetizers. The bone-in pork chop was cooked perfectly. The stuffed chicken was delicious as well. The 07 is A must-visit!“

“This is a popular place! Has a VERY wide selection of beer! We were there with quite a large group during happy hour, so that has to be taken into account. The service was as good as it could be with just one server for the group. She tried very hard, but the entire restaurant was very busy during the happy hour timeframe. She did have help with drinks, but the food took a very long time, and sometimes so did the drinks. Perhaps the kitchen was overwhelmed as well. In any case, the food was delicious. As I said, the restaurant was busy and was quite loud. Hearing the music was next to impossible. We do want to try it again when not with a huge group and see how it is. I believe a group of 2-4, sitting in a booth, would fare very well!“

“First time tonight, attentive service, wonderful food. Hard to decide what to have, so many things on the menu looked amazing. Aaron made me a fabulous Cosmopolitan and my husband enjoyed the Old Fashioned. We will definitely be back!“

“Our 1st time, live 2 hours away, when I say EXCELLENT customer service (3/15/25; 20 of us was served). The food is superb n the appetizers n bread, delicious, hats off to the chefs.“

“I absolutely love this place. Everytime I come my food is hot and fresh and so flavorful. When I order Togo they bring the food out to me even if I didn’t place the order online. One time I did order online and by the time I go to work the food had melted through the plastic. It was about 30 mins to close and pouring down raining. I called they told me to come back and they will make it right. When I arrived the man was outside in the rain to get the bad food and we realized it had spilled all in my seats. One of the waitresses came out with towels and cleaner to clean my seats. I mean above and beyond. Im here now waiting on my order to be brought to the car. I absolutely love this place.!!!!“

“Excellent food and the friendliest staff“

“We enjoyed the game and the food is great! Above all else, I appreciate a business who thinks to provide nursing mothers a room to care for their baby. This space removed so much stress from my usual struggle of leaving home with infant twins! So appreciative to whoever made creating the room a priority and to the employee who made me aware of the mother’s room. More businesses should do better and follow Top Golf’s lead!“

“Every time we’ve been here, it’s never been short of fresh and delicious! I also love finding a restaurant with diet Dr Pepper because it’s the only sugar free soda I like. Quality ingredients with a quality taste.“

“I had the pleasure of dining at Jacs during my jury duty, and it quickly became my go-to lunch spot for the entire week. Fast forward almost a year, and I finally got the chance to revisit. I’m thrilled to say that it’s just as fantastic as I remembered!

The atmosphere at Jacs is welcoming, and the service is always top-notch. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. The food never disappoints either; I had the croissant club sandwich this time, and it was absolutely delicious.

Overall, Jacs provides a wonderful dining experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. Definitely a 10 out of 10!“
