“W?W! This place is a hidden gem! We have lived in SC for 10 yrs and today was our first (but NOT last) visit to Tigerville Cafe! The atmosphere is friendly & welcoming. The food is very good and the presentation is very appealing. We definitely found our new breakfast place and will have to come back and try lunch & dinner! ???“
“Atmosphere is fantastic! Old rough timbers & aged brick masonry of the old mill building give it a cozy feel. The food is very tasty and there are enough options for everyone. My only complaint, which is probably universal, is that it's pretty pricey. The service is great, which is a rarity these days, but very appreciated. The bar area seems to be a popular hangout for locals, because we went on a Tuesday evening & the bar got quite crowded after 7 p.m.The Farehouse is with a try! Check it out if you're in the Greer / Taylors area of Upstate SC.“
“Amazing little place with great staff and even better food. The biscuits are light and fluffy (and very generously sized). The cooking is down home and delicious. Every single staff person we encountered was genuinely friendly and kind. Definitely a place to try if you haven’t!“
“I was there, for the first time, for a karaoke meetup event. It was a great time. I ordered several entrees and several cocktails. The entrees were nothing to write home about. The mixed drinks were great. The bartenders were friendly and engaging. The atmosphere is really fantastic. I will definitely be going again.“
“I chose to celebrate a special birthday at Urban Wren. We hosted family members in a small dining area. It was a fabulous evening! Our server a total pro, staff members all pros, cocktails and menu selections the best we have had in Greenville. Thank you all! Jan Bailey.“
“What an amazing local restaurant! Shared my lunch experience with a friend and just had a wonderful time. We both had the Roasted Roma Tomato Tart With Fresh Greens and added a Grilled Chicken Breast. The staff is fantastic and our server Stephanie is absolutely the best. Definitely the standout restaurant in Greer!“
“I've been here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner to celebrate a birthday. Each time, the staff was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food is wonderful - lots of options for all tastes and dietary patterns, presented beautifully. The owner even presented a gift to the birthday boy as we were leaving! Such kind people, offering delicious food and drink. What's not to love? If you haven't been, give it a try!“
“Great place for dinner and drinks! Everything we tried was delicious. The sticky chicken, banh mi salad, and shmores were my favorites. There was a little bit of a wait when we went, so we had a drink at the bar while waiting for our table. Every employee we encountered was super friendly. The restaurant has a nice, but casual vibe.“
“Just hosted a bridal shower brunch at Soby’s. Everything was superb!! The food was so delicious and the service was amazing!! From the GM to the Chef to our wonderful server Chloe and all of the people in the background including Whitney and Anna that helped with the planning, they all made us feel so welcome and were so prepared for our arrival. Everyone was so accommodating. Thank you to all!!Valerie Mayer“
“It has been a while since we have had dinner here, and once again Davani's was amazing. Our appetizers of stuffed mushrooms and escargot en croute were delectable. The pan seared red snapper special was amazing, with a light crust and a champagne and caviar sauce. Our waiter patiently repeated the specials as we tried to decide, placed and removed plates and additional silverware professionally, and kept our glasses full without being flagged down. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant, with old standards being played in a new way. Again I highly recommend Davani's for dinner. Oh and the bread pudding for dessert!“
“Best burger in The Greater Greenville areaSo I moved to Greenville about 8 years ago, and was immediately impressed by the lack of a good burger - anywhere. And so I've been trying to find a decent cheeseburger since moving here. Like really, all the places that advertise a "famous burger" of some sort of another: great work Janice, you put more toppings than anyone wants on some unseasoned bargain bin ground beef.Nah, this place I've never heard of before tonight serves me a real simple looking burger, but it turns out to be the best tasting burger I've bought since moving here, and probably one of the top three I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned patties, some kind of great burger sauce. I'd recommend this place to anyone.EDIT 12/16/23: Finally made it back here. Still the best burger in Greenville.“
“Fork & Plough is one of my favorite spots! Both the food and service are beyond exceptional! I had the pan seared steak with a blue cheese potato cake a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! The service was above and beyond and I love the hostess- she greets you and makes you feel so welcome. Great restaurant!“
“Now I did go for a early Dinner around 5 pm and the place wasn't that busy. The waitress was beyond great. Attentive and on point. Came by as soon as we sat down, introduced herself and took our drink order. She asked if we had questions on any item and answered politely. If we placed a plate or glass off to the side she would Swoop in and take it. She checked on us several times. The restaurant is clean and neat and has a woodsy feel to it. It's not a cheap dinner but worth it.“
“Went here for Saturday High Tea to celebrate my daughter’s birthday (and upcoming baby’s birth!) and the experience could not have been better. The wide selection of teas, combined with incredible baked goods - the scones were some of the best I’ve ever had! - and the great service made it an afternoon to remember.I’d strongly recommend their High Tea for anyone looking for a relaxing, elegant time.“
“Nice facility. Can get busy on weekends. The foods really good but a bit pricey. They have new games you can play. Which was nice. Had a $20 coupon that didn’t work. They said they would take it off bill but they forgot. Oh well. Make reservations.“
“Perfect dinner night out with my Mom and Best Friend. Billy made us feel right at home and offered amazing suggestions, recommendations and tastings. What a pleasure to go somewhere that can cater to all ages. I would recommend “running” the appetizer menu (Get one of everything) and share! This creates great conversation and offers a little of everything to everyone. Don’t forget to ask for Billy as your server if you want an elevated personal and exciting experience.“
“My husband & I both love Yard House.Service is always great. We haven't had anything we didn't like from the menu, and there are a lot of great options to choose from. This place is always worth the wait to get in.5 star service every time!“
“I stopped by for some post-work drinks. Sat at the bar and started with a beautiful whiskey sour prepared by Jake (up, with an egg white). Very well crafted and garnished beautifully with bitters, a cherry, and an orange peel. The other bartender, Kay was super friendly and helped me select a scotch to enjoy after my first round. Loved the Glencairn glass for my whisky too — excellent touch!“
“Just love love this place! Another round of fantastic food and service. Tonight's tastings included the Tenderloin Carpaccio with the fabulous Thomasville Tomme Mousse, the Goat cheese Gnudi (paid for 1 extra), Octoupus and Focaccia, Banana Caramal Almond Opera Torte and Carolina Gold Rice “
“Best food and dining experience we have had in a very long time. Portions are very generous, presentation was excellent, and food was delicious. Jeff, our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. We will definitely be visiting again the next time we are passing through Greenville.“
“I haven't been to this restuarant in quite some time and was pleasantly surprised to see some of the faces that were so familiar. Absolutely love Katie and her mom. The atmosphere was amazing and like I had been there recently. Outstanding food and service. It won't be so long before I go back again.“
“Got this burger through the drive-thru, service was excellent and both the person who took my order and took my money were very polite. The burger itself was pretty incredible, the hipsauce was hip indeed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new burger spot.“
“This place does not disappoint! The food is amazing. I have to recommend the Sea Bass and the $88 steak. Sounds a little pricey, but it's worth every delicate bite!If you visit the bar, I hope you get Olga as your bartender. She is absolutely wonderful and made our dining experience so much better. Bonus... She has a secret pear drink that is a superb dessert drink!“
“First time there. They were very busy, and our server wasn't as attentive as they should have been. Items from our order took way too long to come out, and one dish was completely forgotten. I would definitely go back, the food was fantastic. Great atmosphere too.“
“We stumbled across Gray Moon while visiting Greenville, SC this weekend. All the staff were amazing, especially our waitress KT. They start us out with the best biscuits I have ever had in a restaurant, drizzled with honey. I ordered Chicken and Waffles, my friend ordered chicken tenders, fries, and fried okra. Everything we ate was delicious and the fried food was not greasy. When we requested Honey Mustard for our chicken, the chef made a fresh batch just for us. We felt so well cared for and left with a very full stomach. Thank you to the whole team for making our whole weekend better.“
“Very good burgers and fries. A solid takeout option for us. Fries were nicely seasoned and burgers had good flavor. The chicken sandwich was tasty too, very fresh. A nice touch was that the insides of the buns were grilled. I’m not sure what kind of ketchup they use, but it tastes great. Folks were great too. The way they set up their burgers and sandwiches with lettuce and tomato in a separate section was really helpful. Will definitely be back on a Sunday to try their soul food.“
“Greetings! Tupelo Honey stands out to me as an amazing slice of modern southern cooking in the heart of Greenville, SC. I found my way here via hotel front desk recommendation, and I am happy, and surprised, to share I've taken my three breakfasts/brunches this weekend at this location. It was worth EVERY meal, and I don't regret the opportunity cost of what I might have missed going to other places. When it's this good, the next places could be a let down...I'm sustaining success and I loved every bite. Here's the breakdown: First of all- space is immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. First Win- The coffee- rich, full of flavor, hint of smoke, and a reason alone to come if you, like me, take coffee seriously. Second Win- Smothered Chicken...simply stunning dish featuring their fried boneless chicken thighs, perfect gravy, and amazing sides. Second only to Michie Tavern in Charlotte, VA. Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Grilled Broccolini, and Parmesan rosemary potatoes sublime. Third Win- Had to have the smothered chicken again came back the next day. Did not disappoint at all! Fourth Win- I asked an Uber drive for local food leads and he recommends the Shrimp and Grits, the dish I wanted the second day but couldn't get past the smothered chicken. The first bite confirmed I was in food Nirvana...and so glad I came back for the third time...and I'm charmed! Behind great food, are the great people. Hats off to Bo, Clay, and Alyssa...they're pros and you'll love their on point service, genuine smiles, and charm. Until next time...tk“
“Ample seating inside among 3 levels. We sat on level 2 which had several TVs playing various sports. The food was pretty good. We had the Salmon wrap and roast turkey avocado wrap. The salmon wrap was just okay, but the turkey wrap was great! I was also a little disappointed with the brussel sprouts during this visit. They are normally excellent but this time they had hard parts of the stalk that was not easy to chew. The waitress was very attentive and made sure our drinks stayed filled and food arrived in a timely manner. Prices were as expected for a downtown restaurant.“
“Heather Collins is a remarkable character! She is the owner of the establishment and is sure to put a smile on your face! It is the most adorable country store I have ever been in and they have the most amazing hot sage pork. Make sure you all check this place out!!!“
