“the waitress Tina needs another job cause being a waitress isn't the job for her she DROPPED 2 boxes on floor behind me she could have sat them down instead she rushed us to order never came back and asked us if we needed coffee had to get up 2 times to get more when she cleared a table of it's dishes she dropped them down on other dishes so that was very loud also she was right at my table and didn't even look my way then when we was waiting to pay in line instead of saying excuse me sir she once again was rude saying "you need to move" so I could complain about the food also but I'll jus complain about "Tina" the waitress. bad service can ruin the whole experience of eating here never going to waste my money or time again the rest of staff was great though..put Tina to doing dishes in the back so others don't have to experience her being disrespectful“

Janiya picked up a napkin that I had dropped on the floor, which may seem insignificant, but it stood out to me. Pleasantries were exchanged. This kind of attention is not commonly seen in fast food restaurants. All the employees were smiling and greeted everyone who entered the store. They reminded me of the employees at Chick-fil-A. I was very impressed and noted their commendable hiring practices.“

“The restaurant was short staffed on the day we went. My best friend had her birthday party there, which was scheduled weeks ahead of time, and they were not staffed for the event. The manager on duty was also the cook and the food kept coming out incorrect. I'm so happy that I only ordered wings because the party was basically over before my food came and was actually over before a few of the other guests received their food. I have heard a lot of good things about this place and I loved the bartender and some of the regulars. I will try them again in the future, but I will definitely call ahead of time to make sure that they at least have servers plus all other essential staff on duty to help make it a more pleasant dining experience.“

“This is a hotdog stand everyone should visit, they do HD's the right way. Mustards, chili and onions the perfect dog. There was a line 10 deep the whole time I was there, which tells you they have good quality food. The staff was exceptional I felt like I was family the moment I stepped to the counter until I left. “Had the week off and stopped by for some happy hour and some food. One of the owners daughter in law was helping out so regular staff could have some time off. Audrey I think her name was. She was awesome and very helpful. There was no one in the place besides a few club members. Food was very good, nice portions. We had a couple of drinks, in the end the price was good for what we got. We'll be back when we have another day off.“

“The old Country Pride. The new abbreviated menu is the same. The steaks are very good. The service is top tier. I pulled a 34 here. Coin operated laundry is $3 wash/ dry. I pulled some time in the shop ( fuel filter change, tractor lube, and some shine). I had a few meals, all were good. Coffee is hot, good , and plentiful. Went across the road and got a wash at the streaking beacon! It was a very productive reset. What did surprise me was all the litter in the lot. I didn't see anyone empty any of the waste bins but other than that it was a good break“

Don't let the outside fool you, the place is clean and the food is delicious. I wasn't that hungry but I wolfed down my delicious flounder sandwich so fast I forgot to take a picture. The fries are crinkly fries. The coleslaw is standard. They have seafood, burgers, a gyro, and on and on. Dinners come with a small salad.

“I had the baby back ribs and they were absolutely delicious. Meaty, fall off the bone and the sauce was a delightful sweet and tangy non overpowering delight. Wife had the salmon and loved it (she eats salmon almost everywhere we go) highly recommend! Additionally our waitress, Michelle, was super attentive and on point!!!“

“My wife and I stopped in for breakfast this morning. We were greeted at the door by the smiling face of Nickkia, who also became our waitress. Nickkia helped guide us through the menu and told us about the specials. We both decided on one of the 6.00 breakfast specials . The food came to the table quickly and was hot and delicious. Nickkia kept checking on us and did a great job taking care of us. The restaurant was super clean, service was outstanding, great prices and great food. Bravo IHOP, job well done! “The bisket is full of fat, if you like fat you are in the right place. I have never been served slices of fat. I had more fat then bisket. Will not return. Brisket sandwich was 10.00 and the majority was fat. They knew I had never had bisket before, so the served me fat.“

“I would like to say that I had an issue with a bartender one evening BUT Travis Donavan , manager, called me the very next day and gave me his full attention. This bar is one of Spartanburg’s most lovely settings in town and the food in restaurant is excellent. The staff has always been professional and friendly. Sometimes folks just have bad days…“

“I adore this honey baked ham store on n. pine st. I dont know who worked the closing shift on 02/03/2026, but I will scream to the heavens they need a raise. I work at the hospital nearby and had not eaten all day. Remembered last minute I craved a tavern club, put in an order through Door dash. Only to realize they had 15mins till it closed. Thought HBH would cancel it, (wouldnt have been mad) but next thing I know, I get an alert that it had been picked up. They made it and it pretty and tasty! Thank you, it put me in a great mood to finish the rest of my shift!“

“We first visited The Terrace on Oct-17-2014. Got there around 6:00pm, while it was still daylight outside. Probably the worst thing I can say about the place was that it took 6 to 8 minutes before we were initially greeted outside; after that, literally everything was almost perfect. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, and the food (flatiron steak, salads, lobster spaghetti) was *outstanding* - I'm currently eating a small piece of leftover steak as I type this; steak is almost never very good when re-heated, but it's still juicy and flavorful. The atmosphere was top-notch, with a pleasant breeze, fireside seats, and an outstanding view. We will definitely be back, on special occasions. :-)“
