“I had honestly never heard of EUG until a little over a year ago. I was first introduced to Converse Corners (Main st Spartanburg) store. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My family and I try and get together once a month, with young kids (2 & 8 yo), the staff and even the other customers are very considerate of the carrying on of those young'uns. Service is always great as well as the food. I am what you would call a picky eater and usually find 1 or 2 restaurants and keep to same menu item. The BYO omelet EUG is always my go to. (We all have our own favorite servers, but I can't give out the title for best one because they have all been great each time I have been there.) I have had the privilege of meeting and interacting with quite a few EUG employees & Franchise Partners throughout the SE region and they all share the same passion for creating a family friendly atmosphere!! The new color scheme updates that are taking place in the dining area make it even more inviting. There are over 100 EUG out there and so many more to come. How Egg-citing!! Why did no one tell me there was one in Ocala, FL? I feel robbed of the time I could have been introduced to EUG sooner. LOL“

“Local family style small business with no frills, but has tasty food and cakes. We stopped by today for our visit here. It was a quick workday lunch in a small plaza, nothing fancy, but we were pleased with the service and the food. They also have some yummy cakes in the cold case. “I am a bit upset with this place. I love going here because I love trying new ciders. My boyfriend and I went today with our 2 dogs. We went inside with both dogs. Ordered 2 drinks and 3 things off the food menu. Once we ordered we went to sit and I went to the restroom. I came out and couldn't find my boyfriend. They made him go out with the dogs. Our dogs are well trained and behaved. My problem is that this is considered "dog friendly" but they kicked us out with the dogs AFTER we ordered our drinks and food. If dogs aren't allowed in the building because of a "open kitchen" , then it should had been said to us when we walked in with the dogs. The girl could had said "Hey , dogs aren't allowed inside , I can come out and take your order". It's 40 degrees out and raining. We didnt want to sit outside in the cold with our dogs and they have no heater outside. We was looking for a place to eat with our dogs. We spent a good bit of money on food , that may had been pretty good if we ate it there but had to get it to go so we wouldn't freeze. Unfortunately I'll miss the cider options , but we won't be back. adding- I use to stop by after volunteering for the shelter and have seen workers come out AFTER people went in to order and say they could bring their dog inside. Point is , if the dogs aren't allowed in then it needs to be said when walking in and the dogs shouldn't be allowed in just so we can order our food and then be thrown outside.“

“The restaurant was short staffed on the day we went. My best friend had her birthday party there, which was scheduled weeks ahead of time, and they were not staffed for the event. The manager on duty was also the cook and the food kept coming out incorrect. I'm so happy that I only ordered wings because the party was basically over before my food came and was actually over before a few of the other guests received their food. I have heard a lot of good things about this place and I loved the bartender and some of the regulars. I will try them again in the future, but I will definitely call ahead of time to make sure that they at least have servers plus all other essential staff on duty to help make it a more pleasant dining experience.“

A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. “We went to this restaurant tonight for dinner. The service was good, and the food came out quickly. I got the ramen noodle soup with vegitables, and it was yummy. I also got hot tea and the cheese fried wontons. You may have difficulty finding parking, but the food, in my opinion, was worth it.“

“My husband and I love eating here everyone is nice but the only thing I find wrong is when people come in to eat between 8pm and 9pm I feel like they are rushing the customers to leave because they start cleaning at 8:30pm and they close at 10pm. In my opinion if a place closes at 10pm they should start cleaning after the last customer leave. The smell of the cleaning chemicals are very strong and it can harm customers or children. If they want to go home early then they should close at 8pm so the have time to clean and be home at 10pm. It is not very professional. That needs work!“

“It may look like an ordinary restaurant but I assure you, the food is authentic as you can get. The menudo was perfect as well as the carne asada tacos. The horachta was the best I've had. I wish this place was closer to my home because I would be there every weekend.“

“Go to place every week. Typically get shrimp/chicken plate. Reminds me of Kampi Tokyo for flavor. Compared with Fujis - I like the vegetables here more as Fuji is too salty. I like the Fiji chicken better / for the shrimp Sakura is better BUT I wish they'd remove the tails. I prefer the rice at Sakura as well. Would be interested in a low carb option, maybe half meat and half vegetables. I tried swapping rice with vegs at Fuji and it was a salty mess... dont get me wrong I love Fujis and was their first customer many years ago in Spartanburg location... Just using to compare / what it would take to get 5 stars. Also, add mushrooms to veg!

“I had a wonderful experience dining at City Range due to the company I was with , the excellent food and our exceptional waiter , Orion..He was knowledgeable about the wide- range menu , giving us good recommendations ; my steak was cooked to perfection and delicious . The peach cake with ice cream was plentiful and also delicious. He was very attentive to our many needs in a timely and friendly manner ( we can be high maintenance) Orion made the dining experience for me and my friends whose friendship spans for over 50 years a most delightful and enjoyable evening.
