Picked up food at the drive thru. The prices were higher than the menu they have listed on their website. The chicken quesadilla was absolutely delicious, one of the best quesadillas I've ever had, but the rice was bland and mushy, the handful of Tortilla chips they gave me were very stale, and the cheese dip was not great for how expensive it was. The barbacoa quesabirra tacos are truly amazing and delicious! Service is friendly, and drinks and salsa are also fresh. I do wish their chips were lighter and not quite so hard, but the tacos more than make up for it. So good!

I have always loved Bertos. Most staff are very friendly and helpful. Today I brought my daughter in for lunch for her first time here. Lunch staff seemed very irritated when we walked in. Not friendly at all. Made our interaction very uncomfortable. Don’t plan to come back in while morning staff is in.
