Tried it for the first time , thought it woukd be chain quality food but wow were we wrong ! food was AWESOME and not a chain at all ! Would definitely recommend , but pricey but not too bad . Try the salsa bar !

When they first opened it was so good, but now it is horrible, all you get is cheese and no meat in the bargain, I thought maybe that had a bad day and tried them again, still horrible, no longer good. The chips was extra thick and hard, they tasted old. Never again!!

Terrible! Ordered for four. Brought 3 meals out. Asked if I wanted the other To go. Drink machine out. Tea empty. When I asked for more sweet tea, I was offered sugar for the unsweetened dispenser. Do not waste your money. Young guy was too busy hugging up on his girlfriend than actually doing his job.

I have always loved Bertos. Most staff are very friendly and helpful. Today I brought my daughter in for lunch for her first time here. Lunch staff seemed very irritated when we walked in. Not friendly at all. Made our interaction very uncomfortable. Don’t plan to come back in while morning staff is in.

Picked up food at the drive thru. The prices were higher than the menu they have listed on their website. The chicken quesadilla was absolutely delicious, one of the best quesadillas I've ever had, but the rice was bland and mushy, the handful of Tortilla chips they gave me were very stale, and the cheese dip was not great for how expensive it was. I also ordered some strawberry churros which were good but next time I will only order a single plain churro because they are huge, the outside is way better than the filling, and the Chocolate sauce it is served with is terrible. Overall, I might get the quesadilla again someday, but the rest of the food was subpar for the price and I probably won't return.

The barbacoa quesabirra tacos are truly amazing and delicious! Service is friendly, and drinks and salsa are also fresh. I do wish their chips were lighter and not quite so hard, but the tacos more than make up for it. So good!
