The staff at this McDonald’s is always exceptional. Today, I was greeted with a warm smile, and Beverly went out of her way to ensure she made me a fresh cup of coffee. Thank you Beverly for the top quality customer service!
Not too impressed... went thru the drive-thru and was served cold food, and that was after being over-charged at the payment window. Didn't realize the food was cold till we drove off. I would've gone back for a refund, but the line was WAY too long to sit in again, especially since it took about 15 mins to get thru the first time.
