McDonald's in Asheville

“Restaurant was very clean and staff were more than helpful and friendly, especially miss Mary. She is the definition of hospitality and did not hesitate to make a connection with every customer. Was having a less than great day and she brightened it up with her friendly smile and conversation. Food was excellent compared to other McDonald’s locations in the area and the unique styling and self-playing piano gave this location such a nice charm. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the Asheville area, for a quick bite to eat and fast, friendly service!“

“I'll start by saying I go to McDonald's a couple times per year...and I usually regret it. Not the case here. The store is clean. The service is prompt and the food is hot. Not the usual McDonald's experience. I've been to this location 3 times in 3 years and it's been on point all 3 times. Will I eat there more frequently? No. But the next time I get the Mac attack I know the best option is on Hendersonville Road.“

“I visited this McDonald’s location for a quick breakfast while in Asheville. I use the mobile app in the restaurant to place my order. I had the gravy biscuits combo with a hash brown. Also, I had a medium iced vanilla latte sugar-free. The restaurant was decently clean and my order did not take too long. All the food tasted great. This is definitely a trusted location.“

“I've been to this McDonalds multiple times while staying at the hotel next to them for business trips. The staff is always polite. The food is prepared in a timely manner and the quality is what you would expect from a fast food chain. I prefer to eat inside the dining area which always appears clean.“

“They let you order ice cream at any hour of the day!!! (Unlike some nearby locations) Heck yes!! Had strawberry pies on hand & they were pretty fresh! Not to mention it appears that they have opened back up being 24 hrs. All those things are great! Very happy with my most recent visit!“

“Great location the crew at this location keep things moving especially in the drive through it's connected to a gas station so there's extra traffic if your traveling west on 26 this would be a easy off and back on the road stop gas food and snacks“

“Sonia and Adrien are the best employees in the morning at this McDonald's. They're always greeting me with a smile and very cheerful great customer service can't say that for most people in this store but those two deserve raises!!“

“I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a long time. I had the cheese burger value meal, the cheese burgers and fries were really good, it seems like their ketchup is really good too.

I dined in and they forgot one of my cheese burgers, but fixed it real quick and friendly.

Nice service, good value, but my stomach hurt an hour after eating :-(“

She is to be commended, and as I worked at McDonald’s Biltmore 1979, which was I believe at the time was the number one store in the nation, I have a small understanding of what it takes to be a manager.
