McDonald's in Asheville

“Restaurant was very clean and staff were more than helpful and friendly, especially miss Mary. She is the definition of hospitality and did not hesitate to make a connection with every customer. Was having a less than great day and she brightened it up with her friendly smile and conversation. Food was excellent compared to other McDonald’s locations in the area and the unique styling and self-playing piano gave this location such a nice charm. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the Asheville area, for a quick bite to eat and fast, friendly service!“

“I've never seen a Mcdonalds employee being food to your table! Thank you for going the extra step. Bathrooms and dining room always extremely clean. The staff is always super polite and friendly. Food comes out quick, even for fast food. I sit and relax, watch the traffic on hendo road and eat. Thanx so much!“

“I've been to this McDonalds multiple times while staying at the hotel next to them for business trips. The staff is always polite. The food is prepared in a timely manner and the quality is what you would expect from a fast food chain. I prefer to eat inside the dining area which always appears clean.“

“A little slower than most drive thru’s, but overall this McDonald’s is a good one. The most reliable drive thru on all of Merrimon. Considering I live up the road and most drive thrus are right along this strip of street, this is the only one I’ll go to since I can rely on decent service where the servers don’t forget about you.“

“Cassidy was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful during my visit. She had a great attitude and made sure I was taken care of. Her customer service really stood out and made my experience much better. It’s always nice to come across someone who is genuinely kind and willing to help. “I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a long time. I had the cheese burger value meal, the cheese burgers and fries were really good, it seems like their ketchup is really good too.

I dined in and they forgot one of my cheese burgers, but fixed it real quick and friendly.

“Came here for lunch and then came back through for some milk shakes a little later. When I got the food, I went through drive-thru. It was pretty fast and efficient. Got the correct order and fast.
When I came back for milk shakes, I went inside, because I had to use the restroom too. First, I was told I couldn't use the restroom, until I ordered something..? I get it but then my food would just be sitting there for anyone to grab...? So I ended up not.
The poor girl up front was being run to death. LITERALLY. She was breaking a sweat. I wanted to take a star off because I stood there for a min before I even ordered but that girl deserves 5 stars! She was bagging drive thru and handling front with no help. They were busy too. I felt bad for her but some didn't so atmosphere was kinda off...drink bar was dirty.
I've worked fast food and I know it's hard. Even tho she was being run to death, she still had great customer service! Wish I knew her name....other than that, my fries and milk shakes were good! I'd go back“

“They let you order ice cream at any hour of the day!!! (Unlike some nearby locations) Heck yes!! Had strawberry pies on hand & they were pretty fresh! Not to mention it appears that they have opened back up being 24 hrs. All those things are great! Very happy with my most recent visit!“

She is to be commended, and as I worked at McDonald’s Biltmore 1979, which was I believe at the time was the number one store in the nation, I have a small understanding of what it takes to be a manager.
