McDonald's in Johnson City

“Place was busy but the drive thru was fast and accurate they tried to accidentally give me someone else's order but it wasn't there fault someone drove off on them..and everyone makes mistakes ,but food was cheapest around for 2 hot sausages biscuits for 5 bucks and they was fast friendly and accurate after the incident..so I'm loving it 😅!!“

“I was greeted by friendly workers in neat, clean uniforms, and the food was above average for fast food. It was fresh, hot, no stale lettuce (for instance). I complimented the woman sweeping the lobby, and she was grateful. I noticed the regional manager sitting there, and passed on my compliments. He was appreciative. I have seen a decline in McDonalds from 1980 - present. But i think if they keep this up (and not just when corporate is present), they can turn it around, back to the glory days of McDonald’s early years. .“

“As always, at every McDonalds everywhere, over the 50+ years I've been eating the delicious Filet-O-Fish sandwich, the fish patty was stuck to the bun by the half slice of cheese product halfway off the bun. One time, just once, I'd like to have my whole filet ON the bun! But the staff was super, and I do believe those fresh, hot fries were the very best I've ever had!“

“I had breakfast this morning and the crew was very polite and fast paced. The food was hot and fresh and 10 bucks for biscuit gravy meal with hash brown and large tea sausage biscuit and side of gravy the biscuits are soft fluffy and buttery definenently would go again.“

“Had an amazing time there last week. I havent had a good time at McDonald's in years it seems like. The food was good and there was a woman who asked us how we were doing. I didnt catch her name but I asked her if we could pray for her and we ended up praying for her after. If you figure out who she is, she is s good worker and deserves a raise.“

“All the employees so far have been great at this location! Especially the gal that is at the register most mornings and several at the pickup window.
This is a new location Im trying not as close to my home but I would rather have better service and my order correct. I have one right near my home, I no longer go there. Many people I know do NOT like the Roan and Boones Creek location.“
