McDonald's in Johnson City

“Place was busy but the drive thru was fast and accurate they tried to accidentally give me someone else's order but it wasn't there fault someone drove off on them..and everyone makes mistakes ,but food was cheapest around for 2 hot sausages biscuits for 5 bucks and they was fast friendly and accurate after the incident..so I'm loving it 😅!!“

“It seems like they’re short staffed. However even though that might be the case, they continued to be friendly and gave excellent service, even when some customers were being rude to them. Food was just as I ordered and hot too. Hopefully they get more staff soon, they deserve a break.“

“I work late and McDonalds in our area loves to switch to breakfast 2 hours early and I’m well aware, so I rushed over to get my food before 3AM after closing my work because I know that’s when they switch.
However the car in front of me went on to order for 20 minutes everything they could for a car of 5 people. I knew the conversation I was about to have when my time came to order and was about to accept my fate with no food because I just don’t care for their breakfast. However the lady taking orders was really nice and doing her best and got me the manager who said they would allow me to order dinner and you have no idea how grateful I am. Thank you guys! I know that it’s not something you can always do and might have been an inconvenience to do tonight but as someone who isn’t coming out to get food from the bars I really appreciate the accommodation one service worker to another 🤙“

“Located on North Roan by the Mall, I love this Mcdonalds, the crew and management are always smiling. You can tell the work environment is at the highest. When they are friendly, even behind your back, your company is definitely doing right at this location.“

“I feel like this is one of the better McDonalds in the area, however the employees don’t always seem like they like being there. A friendly face goes a long way… wish they would learn to be more friendly. I’ve had employees not even speak to me at the window. Even when I spoke first 🤷🏻‍♀“

“For starters the wait was only 3 minutes which was amazing for how much food we got. The workers were so nice and sweet. The food was so food like the burger was juicy and wasn't over cooked but wasn't under cooked the fries were great and it was overall just a great experience.“
