McDonald's in Greeneville

“Went through drive-thru asked for a Big Mac and it looked like they had dropped it on the floor but the top bun in the middle bun there was no meat there was no dressing there was nothing it look like they just threw it in the Box you would have think they would put it together like they're supposed to and then when you touch the middle button and the top bun they were hard as a brick like they've been sitting out for weeks terrible I don't think I will be back“

“Got the promotion going on right now for buy one get one for a dollar. Honestly big macs are ok and because of the promotion it took a little longer to get our food. The wait wasn't too long but don't know if it's worth it. It was what you expect from a McDonald's. Prefer other places myself but my wife loves it. If anything I like their breakfast hotcakes with an egg and biscuit.“

“I haven't been to this location in the evening but the times I've gone at lunch I've gotten great service. I previously has a small incident and when I talked to management they immediately took care of the situation with a smile. I've always gotten fresh hot food. Honestly, I haven't had much with any other McDonald's in the area.“
