“The store was very busy and the manager that had tattoos on his neck made time and went above and beyond to dig threw boxes just to find one particular toy for my son iv worked in fastfood and I know how stressful it is and I didn't want him to go unrecognized for the effort he made“
“We met a family friend with 2 children here during the snowy weather to get them out of the house for a while, to feed them, and be in a warm environment. The cashier and manager were both super friendly. They closed the lobby due to shortage of employees due to weather conditions while we were there but they did not rush us out but continued to make us feel welcome. Male employee working the front continued to politely address and converse with us as well as the manager. Very pleasant experience even at a time that was vey stressful for the staff. Thank you.“
“Best restaurant experience ever The restaurant has pretty good food. Overall. All the food is good but the best part would be the ice cream cones. Never had a problem here at this location with the ice cream machine being broken their machine has not been broken before“
“This one's a pretty decent restaurant in Hawkins County area but this is a Kingsport McDonald's out in the neighborhood of Allandale but this McDonald's is pretty cool. Food came out fresh. The 10-piece nuggets were hot. The fries were hot and the cheeseburger actually came out hot. All of it came out hot. Surprisingly I'm used to like it being normal“
“well my order has been correct every time iv came there ,The night shift manager named Melissa is very nice and will listen to your concerns and is willing to help no matter what is going on,She is a great asset to your company ' I wish all managers was like her she is always smiling ;iv talked to her several times and enjoyed our conversations“
“THE ONE AND ONLY MCDONALD'S OF WHICH I CAN GET THE EXTRA BREAKFAST SAUCE ON MY BAGELS! BRISTOL TN AND VA CAN NOT GRASP THE CONCEPT. EVEN THOUGH I ALEAYS PAY THE EXTRA .45 OR WHAT HAVE YA. WE WENT CAMPING AT WARRIORS AND LO AND BEHOLD THIS STORE NOT ONLY HAD THE SAUCE BUT EXTRA! IT REALLY MAKES THE FLAVORS COME TOGETHER. OH AND ONE TIME ONE OF THEM PUT SOME KIND OF SPICY ORANGE SAUCE ALL OVER MINE THAT I RECEIVED THROUGH DOOR DASH. HOW SILLY OF ME TO EXPECT EMPLOYEES TO KNOW WHAT GOES ON THEIR BAGELS LOL.“
