“The store was very busy and the manager that had tattoos on his neck made time and went above and beyond to dig threw boxes just to find one particular toy for my son iv worked in fastfood and I know how stressful it is and I didn't want him to go unrecognized for the effort he made“
“We met a family friend with 2 children here during the snowy weather to get them out of the house for a while, to feed them, and be in a warm environment. The cashier and manager were both super friendly. They closed the lobby due to shortage of employees due to weather conditions while we were there but they did not rush us out but continued to make us feel welcome. Male employee working the front continued to politely address and converse with us as well as the manager. Very pleasant experience even at a time that was vey stressful for the staff. Thank you.“
“I hadn't been to this McD's in a long time and what a surprise! At approx 7:00 a.m. there was only one other customer. It was beautifully clean, even the bathroom. However the touch screen wouldn't accept my order and so I had to go to the counter where there was only one server. The food was good but eating in a totally quiet dining room was creepy.“
“I had posted bad posts in the past over this McDonald's being nasty in the eating area I haven't been back in a long time but decided to go with my 2yr old granddaughter and the eating area was being cleaned by Josh a general manager. I appreciate that and hope they keep it up“
“well my order has been correct every time iv came there ,The night shift manager named Melissa is very nice and will listen to your concerns and is willing to help no matter what is going on,She is a great asset to your company ' I wish all managers was like her she is always smiling ;iv talked to her several times and enjoyed our conversations“
“Upgraded to the presidential suite. It was all anyone could ask for. I was there needing to Zoom for a work event. Internet was extremely fast and reliable.
I also had tons of luggage and appreciated the help getting it to & from my suite.
