This particular location has gone down hill over that last 2 decades
One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. Rude service, dirty tables. No napkins or condiments in the store. You have to wait in line and ask for them. Charged 0.25 for hot water 😀. What a joke.
The service here is great. Our order was out speedily even though it was a little stormy and the power flicked off. The atmosphere is a little off mostly due to location and some of the riff raff that comes in.

This McDonald's location may have undergone changes post-COVID-19, with a new Pickup and To Go desk replacing the counter. The condiment bar is gone, but the service has improved, with accurate orders of hot fish sandwiches and unsweetened tea. Despite the simple setup, the employees are friendly and reliable. The staff includes a particularly kind and patient worker at the window who greets customers with a smile and wave goodbye, earning high praise. The restaurant’s cleanliness and welcoming staff make it a pleasant dining experience overall, especially since the ice cream machine was working, serving a delicious hot fudge sundae. Customers also appreciate that the food is freshly cooked, and the overall service is good. The open layout offers a friendly atmosphere, though it lacks privacy. Overall, the restaurant continues to be a reliable and friendly place to enjoy a quick meal.
