I placed a curbside order through the mobile app at 9:56am. After waiting more than 15 min and seeing no less than 10 cars make their way through the drive-thru, I walked in to inquire about my order. My order had been sitting on the counter. Danny, wearing what appeared to be maintenance clothing, handed me a bag and said “nobody ran it out”. I asked if the hash browns were cold. Danny said, “well yeah, but we are on lunch now”. Then literally walked away. No apology or effort to make it right.I could maybe understand if the restaurant was busy, but when I arrived there wasn’t a single car in the drive-thru and only one table inside had people sitting at it.This is the worst service I think I’ve ever had. The fact that my breakfast order was still sitting on the counter when they started serving lunch should have been a clue.

Waited 8 minutes for someone to take our order. They took 17 drive throu orders while we waited. The lady that did take our order hard a bad Attitude. Did say anything rude just acted like we were an Inconvenience to her.i don't like the way McD has changed so much. If I have to take my own order on a kiosk them maybe I should just make my own sandwich too. Done with company's with horrible customer service.

Burger was definitely not how I ordered it, and the fries were fries that had very clearly been sitting in the warmer and thrown back into the hot grease for a few seconds to heat back up. The grease on the fries was hot but the fries were cool and stale. And the meat on the burger had also been sitting for a bit. Not to be overly critical but this place could benefit from some quality control
Stopped in for a hot fudge sundae and it was great! The myth that McDonald's ice cream machines are always down is broken. Every now and again, I love a simple McDonald's hot fudge sundae and this one hit the spot. Thanks.

Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Ordered through the mobile app but they told me they couldn’t find the order. After I provided the screen and then the email they told me they couldn’t make the food or refund my money without a ticket that printed out of the computer. I got my $7 and change a few weeks later in the mail, actual coins….They threatened to call the cops on me for trying to buy an ice-cream cone and two double cheese burgers. The manager on duty was super hostile and then disappeared and sent one of the poor ladies to the window to tell me I was going to have the cops come if I didn’t leave. He did not return to the window. It was laughably sad for a situation that could be fixed by providing the food that was paid for that probably cost the company $1

I enjoyed how clean it was and how friendly and reliable the employees were but the setup was completely open with no privacy just a big square with no creativity and everyone can see everyone and only one outlet in the whole
