Terrible experience at Merrimon Avenue mcdonalds. Food was unidentifiable. Staff could not even identify it. When asked for the owners name I was asked to come inside which I did. When I got in there they all ran and hod including the shift leader refusing to give me the owners name and number. It's ok the owners is Chris and Christine Nevant of Asheville. A little slower than most drive thru’s, but overall this McDonald’s is a good one. The most reliable drive thru on all of Merrimon. Considering I live up the road and most drive thrus are right along this strip of street, this is the only one I’ll go to since I can rely on decent service where the servers don’t forget about you.
