MY GRANDDAUGHTER & I HAD WORKED ALL MORNING SETTING UP A CHRISTMAS PARTY,, WE PURCHASED FOOD AT MCDONALD'S ,, EVERYTHING WAS GOOD & HOT, THE SWEET WAS PERFECT & OUR CASHIER WAS FRIENDLY WITH A SMILE,, OUR ORDER WAS TO GO?????
The wait was incredibly long at drive thru. No one in parking lot so inside was empty. My burgers bun was VERY hard. Harder than the hamburger. Waited in a line if 5 cars for about 15 minutes. Unacceptable.

I don't know what it is anymore but fast food isn't fast food anymore as well as the employees are very rude and unprofessional now. I have worked at multiple places in the past and everyone I worked at was so much different then they are nowadays.
