Paid for the food twice via the app, the lady at the store said it was to hard to put the money back on my card so could I just take the food.. so I got the same order twice, And the frappe straw was broke then the cup was cracked.
Service is decent but the food is hit or miss. I surely thought once they remodeled and reopened that it would be top-notch but unfortunately I have not had that experience. I went through once and ordered a 20 piece nugget and was given a 10 piece, I went another time and ordered a quarter pounder meal for my father, who is highly allergic to pickles, told them no pickles, but yet they put extra pickles on the burger and then this morning I swing through to get my son a gravy...read full review

Order was wrong, it had -pickle on the box, I ordered -mustard and -onions. I do believe it was just a small mistake and the woman before me hopefully realized it before she'd eaten the fries and gotten miles away.
