RJ at the window that I pulled up to at night was very very awesome. Really nice guy and super quick and friendly. I ordered a complicated order and he got it down right the first time and very fast. The food was hot and fresh and was very good. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service skills that RJ has and because of that I will absolutely have no problem going back anytime he’s working because I know that my order will be right. Hot and delicious. Thanks again.
I am not happy as I did not get exactly what I ordered or paid for. I wanted 2 cheezy rice and bean burritos add beef for the extra charge. The charge was correct, but when I say the order on the display it was incorrect it stated extra beans and that is NOT what I ordered. I wanted extra beans but I did not make a fuss until I got to the DT Window. I asked the cashier, That was extra BEEF on those burritos, not extra beans, right? The food is very good and the service is quick. I wish the staff was kinder and more aware of the customer.
