“I had a great experience at this McDonald’s. The night shift team was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The cashier, manager, and cooks all did an amazing job. The cooks were always making sure everything was fresh, and our order was accurate, hot, and delicious. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and made us feel welcome. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service. I highly recommend this location!“

“McDonald's on springs rd gets me through the line pretty fast most of the time and every once in awhile they will pull me to the side but not much, I woukd say the McDonald's on springs rd is probably my favorite McDonald's around, its close to my house and everyone is generally nice enough.“
“I ordered the 6 dollar value meal with a burger but instead received a chicken sandwich. The cashier seemed very scattered. I don't blame her because it was pretty busy today. She was friendly though. I am not sure if this was her fault but yeah... my order was messed up.“
“Amazing service by Chris in the drive through at 4:10 AM. I wanted a hot breakfast after getting off of work so I went to McDonald’s, the first one claimed it wasn’t open yet so I went an extra 20 mins down the road to this one. Chris had a great attitude and very helpful an insuring the biscuits were nicely fresh and hot, definitely will go back to that one and hope Chris gets some sort of recognition for his work.“
