This place is hit or miss. I guess it depends on who is working. Their ice cream machine is "broken" 99% of the time. Today they charged me for 3 fries even though I only ordered 2. They acted like it would be a lot of trouble to give me the couple of dollars back so I just told them to give me the fries. Considering it costs as much to eat here now as it does to eat at a nice restaurant it would be nice to at least have good service, but I don't expect too much from a fast food...read full review

The lady in the drive through was very rude. Yelling "Anything else!?" After everything we said. We didn't even have a big order. Lose the attitude.And the food was pretty cold and nasty so I had to throw it out anyways.

Been there twice within a week and service was pathetic. No silverware was in my bag with a gravy biscuit, or napkins 8-1 (today). Cashier at window was changing tills, I paid, got no receipt. Then at the pickup window. It didn't show it as being paid. Girl had to call manager and he told her to go ahead and let me have my order. Needs restarting! Will go to different location from here on out!
