Although I used the drive through only today, I had great service and they got my drink order correct? As I ordered unsweet tea.. there have been a few times at different McDonald's that when I order unsweet tea I get sweet tea so I'm very happy when the order is right!
I ordered a hot carmel latte and they did not put the lid on good. The lid came off and it spilled on my neck, chest and hand scalding me. I filed a report and was told someone would contact me and to date no one has reached out.

Went there on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm and the lobby doors were locked. The McDonald's restaurants in this area are just getting ridiculously lazy. Ordered from the app one day and had a employee laugh in my face after sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes and after pre paying. At the window he said we're closed, laughed in my face. I still have not received a refund.

This place is hit or miss. I guess it depends on who is working. Their ice cream machine is "broken" 99% of the time. Today they charged me for 3 fries even though I only ordered 2. They acted like it would be a lot of trouble to give me the couple of dollars back so I just told them to give me the fries. Considering it costs as much to eat here now as it does to eat at a nice restaurant it would be nice to at least have good service, but I don't expect too much from a fast food joint.

Typical McDonald's food, but the service is constantly the worst of any McDonald's I have been to. They will not pay you attention or assist you since you're required to place your order on the kiosks.Good luck getting anything if you're a Doordasher. I know this for a fact! You will be ignored.

Last time ever! Manager was rude when I asked for the items left out of my order. 2nd day in a row, drive thru, missed orders. According to all the negative reviews, obviously most of staff, all management and corporate do not care about the customers or service. This location should be shut down immediately. Regardless of what is done, I will not eat there ever again.
