I had given up on Chili's in many locations but my husband wanted to go on the way home from Boone so we stopped at the Chili's in Hickory, NC. This location was EXCELLENT and fast and servers were very attentive and the food was great. Thank you!Vegetarian options: Black bean patties available on all burgers.
Everyone here was so nice!! I've never been to this location. We usually go to the Winston Salem Location and this Hickory location is by far the best one!! The food was excellent! Service was wonderful! Even the customers here were so much nicer! This was a random Thursday evening so I don't know if weekends are the same but it was great! Looking forward to going back to Hickory so we can eat at Chili's again!

We had their new chicken sandwich it was suppose to have blue cheese crumbs, but had blue cheese salad dressing on it instead. They had it so cold in there that the fries were hot when they came out, but got cold right away. We also ordered chips and salsa. The chips were so greasy that you could not eat them and stock together. Everyone was sending them back and still getting charged for them. These are what the chips looked like.
