If I could give zero stars I would. The service is AWFUL! You wait an hour for a grilled chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger only for the cheeseburger (for a child) to come out as a cold hamburger. Meanwhile the kitchen manager is literally out in the seated area having over an hour long conversation about ball games…another couple beside us ordered 10 wings and waited as long as we did…..

Went today with my family and had a terrible experience. Was ignored by our waitress, she waited on 3 separate parties that got there AFTER us and when i told the “supervisor” she said the waitress was “busy” thats why she hadn’t waited on us yet. Mind you the waitress didn’t even acknowledge us. I was a waitress at one point too so i understand being busy. However, nothing was said to us, we weren’t even acknowledged.
