My kids and I ate here today for lunch. First off, we waited 5 minutes to be seated and there was only one other table with 3 people eating at that time. When placing our order, the waitress was rude when I just asked her a simple question about a flavor. We ran out of water twice, no other customers dining in the whole restaurant at this time. My son's wings barely had any sauce on them, so he asked for some sauce. She brought it, the wings were still nasty. Oh we also paid $9.00 for an appetizer of fried pickles and no lie, we got MAYBE 15 pickle chips. That's ridiculous. Also got charged for the ranch that should've came with the dish! My daughter was overcharged for her wings because "we didn't order it right, since we didn't ask for the special". We got charged for 3 ranch cups, that we assumed came with the wings. We also got charged for the celery that normally comes with wings! And charged f0r the "extra" sauce for my son's dry wings! I complained to the manager, he did not give a discount and he didn't offer an apology for any of the issues. Would never eat here again and will definitely not recommend to others!

East Coast Wings has been the only place for years that we have eaten wings from, both dine-in and take-out, but no more. My son, daughter-in-law, grandkids, from SC, and other family members went on March 3rd to eat Sunday lunch for my dad's 87th birthday (he picked the restaurant). He is on a walker and has limited mobility. We put our name in for seating for 9 (8 + highchair). We waited 45 minutes, inquired 2x about how much longer the wait would be, while watching them seat multiple parties that were waiting inside and outside of the restaurant: 1 party of 7 and 1 party of 10 that arrived quite some time after we had been there waiting. When I went in the 2nd time to check on what was taking sooo long, I discovered that the party of 10 inside that had only be waiting about 10 minutes had been seated, as well as every other party BUT US! EVERYONE was seated but us after we had waited now almost an hour. I said loudly, " You have seated everyone but us and we were here before all of the last five parties you have seated!" We walked out and got food from Culver's and took it home and ate for my dad's birthday. Again, we've eaten at East Coast for many years, love their wings. We even did my son's college graduation party in the bar area in 2012.But, after being treated so poorly for my dad's 87th birthday, I seriously doubt anyone in my family eats there again! This is no way to treat your customers, especially the elderly!

Walls throughout covered in chipped paint and holes. Wall to booth covered in dirt, dried food and drink splashes.The first entree I ordered they didn’t have. Garlic parm wings just doused with garlic powder. Fries looked like grocery store frozen fries.

So I would start off by saying 7/8 yrs ago this place was CLEAN, food was amazing and staff was great… I returned to try it out after 7/8 years this past weekend and I was shocked how it has went completely down hill… the place was extremely dirty(needs to be deep cleaned and repainted) much of the staff looked as if they just woke up out of bed and went straight to work… food was out within 5 mins of ordering… we order wings and they tasted as if they have been sitting for a period of a long time..also the bottomless chips were not freshly cooked and had been sitting for a period of time as well.. the only good thing about the whole place was our server who was on top of our needs and very nice and respectful the whole time!! I believe I heard another customer call her by the name of Zoey!! This place needs lots of work

I bought 50 hot wings, tarot tots, nacho fries no bacon, & a side salad no bacon. The 1st 25 wings were delicious but the 2nd batch were not cooked right and they smelled rotten. The tator tots were delicious (that’s the 1star). The nacho cheese fries were okay but we seen where they covered up the bacon they put on there even though we do not eat pork. The salad had bacon on it too. $70 plus a $10 down the drain. I live far so I tried calling but they were busy. So mad cause that was my daughter birthday dinner and we was disappointed.

I am very disappointed with the quality of wings. Was not what I expected they were somewhat cold. Asked for them to be cooked a little bit extra and when they were brought to me they were extremely over cooked. I bit into one wing and then asked if I could have them extra cooked my expectation is that those wings would be thrown away and i would get 10 new wings but i was brought 8 and was not satisfied. It wasn’t disgusting but it wasn’t good it was average 5 out of 10. I wouldn’t come back here. Wish it would’ve been worth what I paid. I was shocked when the wings came out awfully fast when i ordered 10 minutes later.
