“I come to this Starbucks every single day, and the reason I do is simple: Magdelin and Patty.
These two are the heart of this store. They don’t just make coffee, they make people feel seen. Half the time, they see me walking through the door and my drink is already waiting at the register. They treat customers like close friends or family, and that kind of service is rare.
This past Valentine’s Day was absolutely slammed. The store had a monstrous crowd all day long, and both times I stopped in, Magdelin and Patty were running nonstop. It was clear they were understaffed, yet they never lost their composure. Even though my order took about 30 minutes, I genuinely didn’t mind because it was obvious how hard they were working and how much they cared.
That said, management needs to take a serious look at staffing. When you have employees who consistently show up, work their hearts out, and carry the store during peak rushes, they deserve support, not to be stretched thin on busy holidays and weekends.
I’ll keep coming back because of Magdelin and Patty. They are the reason this location stands out. Starbucks and Target are lucky to have them.“
“This was my first time in this Starbucks location. I was pleased to find it not very busy and my coffee and snack were ready for me pretty fast. I wanted to write this review because the guy who made my coffee, Matthew, was hilarious. Awesome energy and such a pleasant unexpected transaction. We need more people like Matthew. Made my day!“
“I absolutely love this location! The girl that works in the morning with the really curly hair in a bun always makes my day! She always knows how to make me smile and it's just an entire vibe. I appreciate the kindness and laughter on hectic mornings“
