“Shout-out to the barista, Ava, who helped me today. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived she let me know the app didn’t reflect it, but they were out of the drink I ordered. I was in a hurry and asked if there was anything she could make in under 2 minutes so I did not have to get a refund. She immediately made me something delicious and I was on my way in under 2 mins.
I’ve had a few early-morning experiences in the past here where the store showed “open” online but no one was there and I had to get a refund through HT, so today’s great service with Ava really helped restore my confidence. Thank you!“

“The night crew of this location have really improved and impressed my husband and I! We used to have some hiccups when visiting this location, but lately everything is on point. From friendly service to good drinks and efficient wait times the crew is doing amazing! I spoke to the manager Coy while

“The short blonde girl I believe her name was Abbie.. best service i’ve had in a while. I customized my drink many times and she kept a smile while maintaining patience, and helped me with the menu (she knew it like the back of her hand)! Keep up the good work kid!“
“I visit our local Starbucks several times a week but sometimes the workers get under my skin. Tonight I waited 7 mins to finally get a knowledged by one of the 4 workers just to ask for a tall iced water for my son. They were not busy at all.“
