“This location is great! Unsure of the persons name who had taken my order, but they were incredibly friendly and were able to take my custom order with no issue.
Ube Latte - they had to make a cold foam without the coconut syrup… many thanks!“
“My husband and I went to this location early this morning and there was a young lady that was the MOST PLEASANT and KIND. We would like to send a huge THANK YOU to (PENNY). She was the nicest person with the BEST attitude we have ever had. We look forward to seeing her every time we come to Starbucks. Thank you for giving us a GREAT DAY! Bless you!“
“The short blonde girl I believe her name was Abbie.. best service i’ve had in a while. I customized my drink many times and she kept a smile while maintaining patience, and helped me with the menu (she knew it like the back of her hand)! Keep up the good work kid!“
“Fernando is killing it. He was so efficient, positive and joyful!! I heard him bouncing from one speaker to the next quick and concise and serving out the window with a smile on his face. Top tier customer service! I love it!! Thank you Fernando!!“
“Manager Alan ,is the way how managers should be everywhere. I had a situation at the store, manager was not there. Got his phone number and give him a call. I explained what happened and that I was refused to be served.
He patiently listen, told me to give him some time to call his employees and hear the other side of the story(as he should) . 10 minutes later I got a call. I was welcomed back to the store and situation was solved. 👏🏻 great job handling situation and not
even being there.“
“I visit our local Starbucks several times a week but sometimes the workers get under my skin. Tonight I waited 7 mins to finally get a knowledged by one of the 4 workers just to ask for a tall iced water for my son. They were not busy at all.“
“First, I would like to say Monica was a pleasure to talk to an absolutely the sweetest soul. As always, Starbucks does have a little wait time but the time was not an issue when you have the staff that worked tonight. Not only was my drink made too perfection it gave me a chance to make a review like this. It’s not every day you run into a young worker with so much respect and understanding tonight staff gave.“
“Shout-out to the barista, Ava, who helped me today. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived she let me know the app didn’t reflect it, but they were out of the drink I ordered. I was in a hurry and asked if there was anything she could make in under 2 minutes so I did not have to get a refund. She immediately made me something delicious and I was on my way in under 2 mins.
I’ve had a few early-morning experiences in the past here where the store showed “open” online but no one was there and I had to get a refund through HT, so today’s great service with Ava really helped restore my confidence. Thank you!“
