I visit our local Starbucks several times a week but sometimes the workers get under my skin. Tonight I waited 7 mins to finally get a knowledged by one of the 4 workers just to ask for a tall iced water for my son. They were not busy at all.
I understand closing for weather early for the safety of your employees and applaud that. However the person that was still in the store could have informed the six cars waiting in the drive-thru that they were closed or put a sign on the menu. The communication needs to be much much much better.
They were str8 up busy the whole 2 hours I was there but never heard an complaint from anyone, those workers were the bomb!
