I gave this location so many chances because it’s convenient to where I live but I rather go to the one further away from me at this point. I used to work at a busy Starbucks location myself so I understand the overwhelming amount of orders they deal with and nasty customers on top of that. I asked the barista about my drink because it was 20 min after i ordered and drinks after mine were standing there ready to be picked up. The barista gave me an attitude saying they were busy and i fully understand that. I told her the last time i waited 40 min and my drink actually was at the drive thru instead and i didn’t want that to happen again. What you know, that’s where it was again. This location needs more workers, better organization and/or better management. I remember the days where Starbucks was actually pleasant to come inside to. Those days are a goner. Schultz would disapprove. ✌️

RUDE RUDE RUDE! The lady at the counter was extremely rude! I am staying at the hospital with my sick grandchild and just wanted a good hot latte. I asked for whip cream in my latte and she said no. Really?! I should be able to get whatever I want...especially if I'm paying for it! Teach her some customer service!

Conveniently located in the medical center. Big rush in the morning but the wait isn’t that bad.
Considering how much traffic they get, my order is usually accurate. The turnover is high, but it's a consistent product.

Slow service, unclean behind counter, handed blueberry scone in plastic wrapper that remotely resembled one in display case. After 10 minute wait for a large Pike coffee I was handed a medium Americana. Employees were scurrying around like speed was the product vs customer service and a quality product.

My wife and I have been going to this Starbucks for around 6 years and always had great service. We usually go at least 3-4 times per week. The staff has always been pleasant and inside has been clean and organized. However, the last 5-6 weeks has been a bad experience. The inside has been dirty and unorganized. The staff seems to be on edge and not friendly. They always seem to be out of one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches and the creamer, sugar and other items at the side counter are usually out. I have been very disappointed with this Starbucks location and wish they could get back to the organized business they once were.
