“On 9/11/2026, on my way to Charlotte, I stopped by the store and got myself a latte. MJ (I think her last name was Jones) greeted me, and I was impressed with her professionalism and personality. I was also impressed by the store's cleanliness and appearance.“
“I was there today around 4:00 and a customer refused to put her mask on. She was given a mask because she didn’t wear one in. Then she refused to put it on after one customer and three employees asked her to do so. I’m unsure how it played out after I left but consider not taking the order of a person not wearing a mask if your policy is you must wear a mask to enter your store“
