The iced brown sugar shaken espresso was delicious and so yummy
made my simple drink wrong af and employees didnt say anything about it. $8 for a disappointing matcha :(
I've gone here several times and unless one specific woman is there, usually by herself, my order always comes out wrong.
Minor customizations have been either ignored or derailed the entire order. Asking for a cold drink to be prepared hot is met with pure puzzlement while asking to substitute ingredients has had very different, all unfavorable, results.
