Used to come here a lot, they were friendly and got the order I needed just fine. Lately when I come in it is a wreck. There are many times where no one is at the counter and a Harris Teeter employee has to attempt to take a starbucks order, the area behind the counter looks like a tornado came through, and when there is an actual employee there they can’t really keep up with drink orders.
