Used to come here a lot, they were friendly and got the order I needed just fine. Lately when I come in it is a wreck. There are many times where no one is at the counter and a Harris Teeter employee has to attempt to take a starbucks order, the area behind the counter looks like a tornado came through, and when there is an actual employee there they can’t really keep up with drink orders. Not their fault, I think they are understaffed and not well managed. Last time I went in I had put in a mobile order and paid already and was told when I got there that the mobile orders were supposed to be turned off that day and they didn’t even have the ingredients to make my drink, so I left with nothing. Again, not the employees fault, but just a warning before you go there in a hurry.

I don't know if the manager for Harris Teeter runs this kiosk or if Starbucks has a completely separate manager, but when I stopped in to get coffee today, there was one single girl running everything. I felt so bad for her. Apparently, she had a call-out and was left to work POS and make drinks all by herself. At one point, the espresso machine broke down, and she had to run and get a manager to help her. It took over 30 minutes for me to get my drink. I do NOT blame the barista. She had a never-ending line of people on TOP of keeping up with mobile orders. You could tell she was under so much stress and pressure and was doing the best she could. What I find so appalling is the fact that she was struggling so much, and NO ONE stepped in to help her. If you can not manage to help your employees find coverage or, as a manager, aren't willing to step in help, then just close the kiosk for the day. Whoever manages this Starbucks....do better. You're supposed to lead this team, not stand by and watch them drown. It's such a shame. Shout out to the batista, though. She did great, all things considered. Hopefully, she quits and finds a job that actually gives a shit about her.

One of the worst customer service wise. There's one lady in particular who is an older whom no matter what day or time I go in to this location, literally does not communicate anything!!! Sje doesn't take your name, or write down the order, for a latte we should wait 35-40 min ?so bad I don’t like that service if you will not be fast with customers then close the store ………
