I walked into the establishment and it was packed with angry people who had been there for over 30 more even just a latte and a muffin. There was little to no customer service and the manager was being very snappy at the customers. It was unexceptable. We had An excellent experience add this Baskin Robbins location. Dallas, the person who waited on us, did a fabulous job. She knew her product very well. Was able to describe what was in the dolphin ice cream cup treat perfectly. There were five of us in our party and we all got exactly what we wanted thanks to her help. Bravo Dallas!

EverWalked in there after ordering 10 minutes prior, not one person in the store.
