EverWalked in there after ordering 10 minutes prior, not one person in the store. One saw me, disappeared to the back, and the other one watched me waiting for the order and was "restocking" without saying a word. 2 minutes later I finally asked and they hadn't even started itIt's like this EVERY SINGLE TIME

I walked into the establishment and it was packed with angry people who had been there for over 30 more even just a latte and a muffin. There was little to no customer service and the manager was being very snappy at the customers. It was unexceptable. Once I ordered I was told it was going to take no more than 10 minutes, so after 15 I spoke up and asked how much longer it was going to take and he didn't say anything and just snickered to himself because he had forgotten to even put my order on a ticket...Do not come here!

We had An excellent experience add this Baskin Robbins location. Dallas, the person who waited on us, did a fabulous job. She knew her product very well. Was able to describe what was in the dolphin ice cream cup treat perfectly. There were five of us in our party and we all got exactly what we wanted thanks to her help. Bravo Dallas!

The shop has not been as efficient since Jessyca has left, but I think they're closer to getting there. It takes longer for your order to be ready if it was placed on the app and the store seems to be more chaotic at any given time. The new staff looks young, but are very helpful and attentive. The coffee is always hot, and the food is warm. Expect a small wait, but otherwise they've been working towards progress.

Run by radical leftist feminazis. For some reason they enjoy bossing customers around. Really odd. You can't pick up food from the "pick up" window. They order you to the other end of the counter. Either they enjoy commanding customers where to go or their covid protocols don't allow them to simply extend their are across the counter at the actual pickup window. "Go to the end. I'll give it to you there." Lol. Last visit there. I bet they make great protest sign for pink hat protest. Haha

This is one of the most incompetent Dunkins I've ever been to. The employees are constantly dropping boxes of donuts on the floor, getting orders incorrect and mixing up curbside pick-up. "Jessica," the manager is rude and unapologetic for her staff of misfit teenagers. I'm not quite sure why corporate allows this store to operate under such poor management, but I won't be back.
