“I came here around 7 this morning, and received possibly the best food, drink, & service I've received at any Starbucks. I placed my mobile order a mere 3 minutes before arriving here and it was ready for pickup by the time I walked through the door. I was greeted by all of the baristas, and the establishment was nice and clean. This location offers that small-town feel, which I really appreciate. I had a caramel apple spice & egg bites w/ sriracha sauce! Would 100% come here again.Parking: Parking really depends on the time of day. If you come to this location during the midday, expect a bit of trouble finding parking. Otherwise, you should be fine finding a parking space.“

“It's true what they say... the tables and floors here are dirty and gross. The setup of the store is unusual because it's at the end of the building. There is no drive-thru. However, the other semi-close Starbucks with a drive-thru had a shooting so the Arbor Starbucks for the win.“
“I visit this Starbucks location daily! The service is always with a warm smile and a great greeting. I love the staff at this location. Elizabeth, Lee, Savannah, Arias, Maggie, Nicole and Brooke all treat me like family. They know my order and are Professional with Genuine kindness. “Went to this starbucks location since my regular one was closed. I've always tried avoiding coming to this location since it's in a very busy street and in a small shopping center. Decided to bite the bullet and stop by. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the parking lot was not busy at all, plenty of parking spots to choose from. There was no no line when I walked in. As soon as I got to the counter, I ordered my coffee and waited, maybe no more than 5 minutes, and I was on my way to work. This location is on the smaller side. There are a few tables you can sit at and lounge, but if it gets busy, I can see this location being pretty cramped. Overall, I would definitely start coming to this location. It was not as busy and complicated as I thought it would be and def. Closer to my job. Everyone was super friendly and nice and had no hassle at all.“

“I was at Levine Cancer Institute for business for 3 days in June and went to this kiosk every day. I either got an iced latte or I got lunch. In the mornings, the line was pretty long, but when I went over there to grab something to eat at noon, it was maybe a 5 minute wait.The food and drinks tasted as good as at any Starbucks. The staff is pretty friendly and pretty efficient.They have a few tables and chairs for you to sit there. Or you can go around the corner and sit in front of Caribou Coffee in Levine Cancer Institute.“

“The place was conveniently located by the library and four mile creek park before you get to I485.They have very nice large capacity outdoor patio (good pleasant surprise). Its great add on to the place by the park.There was only one barista when we made our order and she was able to manage until more people joined her. “Sad to see this place with a bad review, so have to leave my input. I have been coming to this location for over 8 years and haven't had any issues. They're always slammed, but still almost always have my drinks ready on time, have friendly employees and go out of their way to accommodate me. I will say, it's probably not the kind of coffee shop you want to go to for a work session, because it's just not as spacious and can be loud due to its centralized location and heavy foot traffic. It's also a bit smaller than some and parking can be rough but I've still never had issues.“

“Located in the Harris Teeter, this was a quick stop to get a tall coffee for some erranding. As seems to be the regular thing, this Starbucks has the usual coffees, mocha-whatevers, coffee beans, cups, snacks and drinks. The only thing that makes this not-a-Starbucks is that they don't have their own wifi but they do have a small seating area. “This is my go-to Starbucks. It’s a few minute drive from my house (and not a bad walk if I’m feeling extra motivated). The employees are always nice, and, unless they are super busy, they get people’s orders prepared quickly.It has indoor seating (and I’d imagine places to charge laptops and other devices, although I’m not certain.) It also has a nice outdoor courtyard area to sit and sip when the weather is nice.My favorite drinks: cinnamon dolce latte (hot), white chocolate mocha (hot), and the white chocolate mocha frappe. ?The seasonal drinks are also fun, like the pumpkin spice latte, but I usually don’t buy them right when they are released. I like to wait until closer to the season/colder weather (for example) because it feels more festive. Patrick, Carlos and the rest of the morning crew are amazing. I hate i can't name the young ladies name in the morning, they are full of personality and kind. Each visit they know my drink by heart. “On the app it says Thursday you get half off on the drink. I got three drinks for full prize so I guess it doesn’t count for every Starbucks. I want complain as much but I was hoping to get a half off. The food was great warm the drinks were good too, but if you put something on the app, make sure it’s also for every Starbucks although the location I went to it on the app too we didn’t get half off we got full price for our drinks On the app it says from noon to six for half of the drinks on the Thursday. We shop around 1:15 PM so we still fell under the half off price“

The barista's are usually welcoming and if something is wrong with your order they will fix it right. But, the last two times I was there Carter the Manager (has a presence all his own) and Allison (quick with a smile) a barista ARE ON POINT!!! “Such a great starbucks. This location opened in the last couple of years, and is so spacious and modern inside. The staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean. Drinks inside and in the drive thru always come out quickly! The location is a great study spot for students at UNCC, too. The mobile app for ordering ahead us the way to tackle this location as it is often quite busy. It is a great place to take a meeting or work between appointments, too, but be prepared that it can be very crowded. The parking lot is also a bit tricky — only park in the Starbucks spots or risk getting a ticket or a boot!“
