“One of the nicest, cleanest Starbucks I have ever visited. And the staff are super friendly. Never once have they gotten my order wrong.

The skinny L-shaped parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare when the store is super busy. But thankfully, there are two exits which truly helps. Nevertheless, I will definitely return again and again.“

“The staff here at this location is amazing & friendly. Always had a welcoming smile with amazing coffee which I tried for the first time “T1 butterfly lemonade” refresher. It’s truly refreshing. Thank you Starbucks for an amazing drink!!“

“Aw theyre so nice here. They helped me find really good food options as someone who's never really eaten a meal at Starbucks (ham and Swiss baguette, and bacon gur egg bites were amazing). I dropped my Sammy, i was straight up gonna eat it off the floor, even licking the spilt melted cheese (thats how good) but they were like lemme make u a new one.

And, they recommended the hot sauce pictured. So good!

“I always have a wonderful experience at this new location….literally ALL of the employees there are so friendly and very kind. I even ordered at the wrong location by mistake and they HAPPILY made me a new order and never gave me a hard time. LOVE this location“

“This Starbucks is located in a large shopping area, making it a convenient stop while you're out shopping. The store was clean, well-organized, and maintained. While my order was fine, the staff could have been more welcoming. They seemed to be going through the motions that day. Overall, it's a clean and convenient location. A friendlier atmosphere would make the experience even better.

“Ive been a regular since January, the employees have memorized my venti caramel frappe and are always so sweet. I love coming here to watch the cool cars pass by the window and draw/study on my laptop. Would definitely recommend coming here. Wish they would bring back the old comfy chairs they had back in 2015, they made the place so much cozier.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location in the Charlotte area! The staff is very friendly. And even though it is a chain shop, they have tried to make it feel more homey. They have a take-one-bring-one little bookshelf. And they have a board with pictures of the employee’s pets which adds a personal touch to the shop.
Also, the baristas are good about remembering regular customers, and taking the time to make connections with them.
Definitely my favorite Starbucks location in the area!

Very fast and courteous service.

It is a very clean space and run very efficiently.

There is plenty of internal and external seating.
We can place the order via the App or in the shop.

I love their revamped menu with some of the new protein drink options.

The App can improve a lot but as far as basic functionality is concerned it performs flawlessly.“

“I have been coming to this starbucks for years. I enjoy the new and updated cafe experience compqred to the old one. The new cafe is modern, bright, and has much more space. On this visit i dined in but used the app to order my food. It would be nice on the app if you could chose dine in. I ordered a peppermint white chocolate frapp and a tomato mozzarella sandwich. I have had both items before and they were good this time. Overall this is one of the better Starbucks locations to visit. I would come here over the Waverly location down the road.“

The team there is exceptional; they seem to know all their regular customers and take the time to get acquainted with newcomers. I thoroughly enjoy visiting and chatting about various topics in both my life and theirs. During my last visit, a customer came in with a drink that had been incorrectly made at another store down the road. Not only did the team apologize for the mistake, but they also remade the drink and included a heartfelt note expressing hope for a better day. “I go to this location daily and always receive nice service! This Sunday as I was picking up my order from the drive thru, I was asked if I left a negative Google review. I politely responded no and confirmed the name of the person (as my name is VERY uncommon lol). When I got home I looked up the reviews and there it was a person with the same name as me just spelled very different. Although the interaction between the employee and I was somewhat awkward, I assume he was coming to apologize and make sure I received the courteous service that I’m used to. Never had an issue with this location and the staff is always professional.“

home. When we left, my kids said that their favorite part of their trip was how nice the workers were to them. I wanted my drink to come out a certain way and they went above and beyond to make it how I wanted it.

“I never remember the drink names so I always ask the person serving me to choose based off things I like in it. I had a nice mocha drink with whipped topping. Then I got the spinach feta wrap and a banana bread. The banana bread tasted a bit outdated to me. Everything else was fine. Tell my I want to consider switching out your chairs for something more comfortable. I'm not the type to usually come in there and hang on my laptop but today I did and I couldn't stay long because the chair what's hurting my legs and my back began to hurt, so I had to leave and go to the library.“

“I only get to visit this Starbucks on South Boulevard when I bring my daughter to gymnastics on Saturdays, but every time I come, the vibe is amazing. The team brings such great energy and positive vibration that you can truly feel. They make the best white mocha and sandwiches, and they remember little details, like today, one of the baristas remembered me from my hat! I’ve been coming here for almost two years, and every visit is a genuinely great experience.“

“I work very close to this location but my first time going to it was a couple of days ago. I initially only ordered something to drink but when I got to the window I decided that I wanted to get something to eat. The young lady at the window was very gracious took the order and asked if I wouldn't mind pulling around as not to hold up the line. When the food was done she brought it out to the car and I told her to have a fantastic day beautiful! This is a perfect example of excellent customer service. She didn't catch an attitude because I forgot I wanted to order something, she was just gracious and lovely the whole time. “A coworker and I went through the drive thru of this location for about 2 weeks during a work trip. The service was always super friendly and nice. I took stars off because some of the drinks were up to normal standards, but some weren't. Inconsistent quality.

During the two weeks my coworker ordered her normal latte and tried a refresher and said they were good. I usually love the brown sugar oatmilk iced latte and the few times I ordered it the drink tasted way more oatmilky than the yummy mix of coffee and oatmilk that I get from other locations. I ended up trying a noncoffee beverage for the first time and ordered that for most of the rest of the trip. On one of the days I tried a matcha and it tasted a bit off - I later had a stomachache as if real dairy milk was used.

All in all, I would go back, but I would be mindful of what I order.“

“This has become my go to starbucks in the area. Service is always top notch, Katie & Perez are particularly great, but I've not had one bad experience with the staff. Another big draw for me is the layout; it is a spacious location with good lighting for remote work. I have been extraordinarily happy with all my visits to this location.“

“I went to the Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter grocery store at 1704 Central Ave in Charlotte. The people working there were super nice, even though they had a lot of customers.I tried two iced teas: the regular Iced Green Tea and the Iced Passion Tango Tea. The green tea tasted clean and natural, not too sweet. It was perfect for a hot day.But the Passion Tango Tea was the best! It was a pretty pink color and smelled really good. It tasted fruity and a little sour, like lemongrass and hibiscus. It wasn't too sugary, so I could really taste the tea flavors. It almost tasted like juice!I had a great time at this Starbucks. The workers were awesome and the iced teas were delicious. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other drinks!“
