“Great store, I don't frequent this location often as it is not the normal location I frequent as it's further away from where I live however I do stop from time to time on my way to work when I happen to be heading in that direction. Every time I've been here the staff is always been super friendly and today was no exception. They even went out of their way to all wish me a happy birthday as I was redeeming my birthday drink. You can tell this staff takes pride in their work. It's not often you see that these days so I greatly appreciate it!“

“This location continues to provide excellent service, speed, and deliciousness even when they are overwhelmed with orders. The staff is one if not the only reason I come here! Rarely have I had an incorrect order and at the off chance it has happened, they resolve it ASAP!!“

While my order was fine, the staff could have been more welcoming. They seemed to be going through the motions that day. Overall, it's a clean and convenient location. This Starbucks location is absolutely incredible, and the experience was amazing from start to finish! I am a huge fan of their menu because every single drink they make is consistently perfect. Whether I am grabbing a classic Iced Caramel Macchiato, a refreshing Strawberry Açaí Lemonade, or a seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte, the flavors are always spot on and high quality. The baristas here are so friendly and efficient, making sure every order is handcrafted with care. The atmosphere is also wonderful—it’s always clean, inviting, and has such a great vibe for getting some work done or meeting up with friends. I truly love the variety and how they can customize any drink exactly how I like it. Everything was truly amazing!“

The team there is exceptional; they seem to know all their regular customers and take the time to get acquainted with newcomers. I thoroughly enjoy visiting and chatting about various topics in both my life and theirs. During my last visit, a customer came in with a drink that had been incorrectly made at another store down the road. Not only did the team apologize for the mistake, but they also remade the drink and included a heartfelt note expressing hope for a better day. “I never remember the drink names so I always ask the person serving me to choose based off things I like in it. I had a nice mocha drink with whipped topping. Then I got the spinach feta wrap and a banana bread. The banana bread tasted a bit outdated to me. Everything else was fine. Tell my I want to consider switching out your chairs for something more comfortable. I'm not the type to usually come in there and hang on my laptop but today I did and I couldn't stay long because the chair what's hurting my legs and my back began to hurt, so I had to leave and go to the library.“

“I have been coming to this starbucks for years. I enjoy the new and updated cafe experience compqred to the old one. The new cafe is modern, bright, and has much more space. On this visit i dined in but used the app to order my food. It would be nice on the app if you could chose dine in. I ordered a peppermint white chocolate frapp and a tomato mozzarella sandwich. I have had both items before and they were good this time. Overall this is one of the better Starbucks locations to visit. I would come here over the Waverly location down the road.“

“I went to the Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter grocery store at 1704 Central Ave in Charlotte. The people working there were super nice, even though they had a lot of customers.I tried two iced teas: the regular Iced Green Tea and the Iced Passion Tango Tea. The green tea tasted clean and natural, not too sweet. It was perfect for a hot day.But the Passion Tango Tea was the best! It was a pretty pink color and smelled really good. It tasted fruity and a little sour, like lemongrass and hibiscus. It wasn't too sugary, so I could really taste the tea flavors. It almost tasted like juice!I had a great time at this Starbucks. The workers were awesome and the iced teas were delicious. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other drinks!“

“A coworker and I went through the drive thru of this location for about 2 weeks during a work trip. The service was always super friendly and nice. I took stars off because some of the drinks were up to normal standards, but some weren't. Inconsistent quality.

During the two weeks my coworker ordered her normal latte and tried a refresher and said they were good. I usually love the brown sugar oatmilk iced latte and the few times I ordered it the drink tasted way more oatmilky than the yummy mix of coffee and oatmilk that I get from other locations. I ended up trying a noncoffee beverage for the first time and ordered that for most of the rest of the trip. On one of the days I tried a matcha and it tasted a bit off - I later had a stomachache as if real dairy milk was used.

All in all, I would go back, but I would be mindful of what I order.“

“I work very close to this location but my first time going to it was a couple of days ago. I initially only ordered something to drink but when I got to the window I decided that I wanted to get something to eat. The young lady at the window was very gracious took the order and asked if I wouldn't mind pulling around as not to hold up the line. When the food was done she brought it out to the car and I told her to have a fantastic day beautiful! This is a perfect example of excellent customer service. She didn't catch an attitude because I forgot I wanted to order something, she was just gracious and lovely the whole time. Kudos Starbucks for having the insight to have such a wonderful young lady like this on your team. I wish I could remember her name. This last Sunday they were so fast and efficient while maintaining good customer service. This morning however in the drive through I came across Mak and William who were just genuinely hospitable.
