“This was my second time visiting this establishment within 3 yrs (I come when visiting my sister) and not only was my two grande lattes made perfectly the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. The employee at the drive-thru was extremely helpful and made sure my order was accurate prior to me driving away. “This Starbucks is 5 stars only when Richard is working there. He is the most genuine person. He’s truly a polite individual who works with a smile on his face and delivers the best service of any of the employees I’ve seen there. I usually have to ask for a straw or napkins, however Richard beats me to the punch and always asks me if I want them ahead of time. No questions asked on my end. He’s always saying thank you, and wishing everyone a good day. He’s a gem. We need more employees like Richard“

“I’ve been a consistent regular at this location for years now and they never miss, Lupe always make my frappes with perfection and Jayda makes a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade to die for and on top of that Jayda and Nicole’s customer service skills make ordering and coming back worth it everytime even for the price. Even on Saturday Evening rushes the staff always finds a way to make your visit worth your time whether it’s with their customer service or their speed in completing your order, strongly recommend going here and will most definitely be continuing my service here.“
