Customer service can be hit or miss at this location, and they mess up orders a little too often. I’m actually disappointed with them. They have some nice people, but the bad apples have ruined this location for me. I’ll drive to the next Starbucks to get good service and have my order right.

The rude Woman named KAT that works at this location. I had placed my order (as I do EVERY single morning of my life) and after i waited over 20 mins I went back to the register to ask what had happened ... with a smile ... she bit my whole head off with her stank rudeness... and then she made my drink wrong so i had to go back in and have it fixed a 3rd time! There was a young lady that was trying to help with a smile and nice words.... i cpuldnt see her name tag but if not...read full review
