I don't know if you guys feel the same way, but personally, I feel ripped off by the amount of ice they put in the drink. I go there to buy a good drink, not ice; if I needed ice, I’d just go to the gas station 🤷🏻♂. Otherwise, the service is great.
The barista who made my Iced Pumpkin Spice Chai took time to draw the most adorable pumpkins on my cup. It's simple but it put a huge smile on my face. I wish I had her name to add to the review. receipt #017143 if a manager wants to look it up and give her kudos!
This starbucks is in Harris Teeter, so there is no place to sit, apart from few chairs in the entrance.
