The breakfast sandwich was nasty and my frappuccino, didn't taste like the one I order at the other locations. The Starbucks at this location inside Harris Teeter in Harrisburg , N.C, was disgusting. I will never order there again!
I really appreciate good customer service!! Today my daughter and I were in Harris Teeter, Harrisburg and the barista that helped us was provided exceptional service!! She was kind to my daughter and asked if we were sharing the Carmel Apple cider, I said yes and she offered a small cup so that my daughter could have her own cup!! Thank you so much for the service, small things matter most to me!!

Glad to have a Starbucks in the area but it does get very busy especially on the weekends. My coffee has always been great I normally get a cold brew or nitro cold brew or a Mocha. Sometimes I will order food which can be a hit or miss depending on the day. One busy days you maybe waiting a while for your order. Even mobile ordering can taker longer than expected. The biggest issue is how out of order the items will come out. Sometimes food is ready but the drinks take longer....read full review
