This is the only Starbucks that I go to. They always provide the best customer service and they make their coffee with love. Huge shout out to Rhoda. She is such a beautiful soul. I look forward to seeing her when I go on my morning coffee runs before work. She always has a huge smile on her face. She’s very sweet. She’s a hard worker. She deserves more credit than she receives. She’s patient, has the most beautiful aura, and she definitely deserves a raise....read full review

This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed reviews. Many customers visit 2-3 times a week and often praise the friendly baristas who remember their names. The coffee is consistently described as quick and awesome, and the drive-thru line moves quickly even when long. One customer appreciates that a barista kindly took a decaf order right before close. Another says this location makes the best matcha in the Charlotte area, noting the matcha is consistently very green even with the cold foam.
However, some experiences are disappointing. One customer received a wrong order and had to wait an additional 5 minutes. The drink was described as the worst ever, very bland, and did not taste like a cookie crumble mocha frappe'. Another frequent customer was given a coffee with no label and no name, not their usual oat milk shaken espresso, which is a concern for health reasons due to lactose intolerance. These issues caused frustration and being late for work.
