Service is inconsistent - beware. The weekday experience is spot on 10 times out of 10.. The weekend? Not so much. Proceed with caution. I just received a caramel macchiato that tastes like a double shot dark roast. I ordered ahead in the app and it still took another 20 minutes to receive the double shot dark roast. 😑

Shout-out to the barista, Ava, who helped me today. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived she let me know the app didn’t reflect it, but they were out of the drink I ordered. I was in a hurry and asked if there was anything she could make in under 2 minutes so I did not have to get a refund. She immediately made me something delicious and I was on my way in under 2 mins.
