This review isn't a reflection on starbucks itself, but the employee who my friend and I encountered. To start I never leave reviews with this being my first one and I am not one to complain but given my friend and I both work in customer service we both felt the need to speak up. We ordered Mocha Frappes and they were watery and so full of chocolate, we had to throw them away. Starbucks needs to train these kids much better than they do. Especially when $15.00 is the cost of two of these drinks. Don’t go there and expect your drink to be right.
