“We received our breakfast order quickly, after close to zero backup on line. Food was fresh, hot, and oh so tasty, as we ask expect from Chick-fil-A. This branch is one of my favorites due to the spirit of the team. I never detect even the slightest frustration from the staff, no matter how busy the drive through or counter is. The staff is always in a good mood and can laugh and enjoy their work while providing quality. Remember, closed on Sunday only means you have six other days to get your orders in and filled. Be there!“
“Well I was out paying bills and I decided to stop in this establishment only for a hot coffee, i walked up to the counter and asked the female clerk i would like a senior coffee and the woman said you must order first, I said are you joking she looked and said no sir its our policy,I had money on me and I was disappointed but not shocked, so I said to the female clerk no problem I will gladly go to another restaurant to get coffee, no anger, no cursing, no name calling I just walked out, and Almighty God is my witness to this interchange with the female cashier. So I will never walk in another chick fil-A restaurant again. But I still saw how clean the facilities were, that was my very 3rd times every visiting this establishment, I will still give them a great rating simply because they are much younger cashiers and many aren't taught about old school ethics, standards, morality, even though I understand the establishment is supposed to be Christian base establishment. So I am not angry or offended just disappointed peace and Almighty God bless you all. ❤️ human resources classes might be a good thing to offer employees. And I was expecting to pay for my coffee gladly, a Vietnam vet who defended this country and this is the truth.“

“Just wanted to compliment the management of the Hanes Mall Chick fil A. We didn't feel like our food was up to their usual standards; kind of had a funky taste. We told them about our concerns and they listened! They replaced our sandwich and confirmed that yes, the oil was scheduled to be changed. Thanks Chik Fil A!“
“I love how friendly the staff are at all Chick -fil-A restaurants I have visited and they don't mind giving extra condiments for any of there meals. I was surprised when I didn't have to pay extra for my extra condiments I ordered. Thank you for including God in your atmosphere.“
“The app counts a combo as one item. I order a drink& fries and that's one item. I saw 2 items in my order so I thought I was fine. I got 2 drinks and 2 fries. The employee said the phrase that just drives me nuts..."sorry for the inconvenience".;“
“Food was good as always, but if you order using the app, you might want to wait a while before doing so again depending on what you typically order. If you order a sandwich meal on the app, it will list two different buns for your sandwich. You can unselect one, but it won't let you select the other one. So, when your order arrives at the restaurant, it looks like that you want your sandwich with NO BUN. The Thru-Way location has submitted a ticket to Chick-fil-A's IT Department, so hopefully this bug will be fixed soon. I do however appreciate the Thru-Way management team for acknowledging and taking action on this as quickly as they did.“
“I love the chick-fil-a sandwich, it's all good, and reasonably priced. I love the people that work for chick-fil-a, not sure where they find all the best people to work there, but what ever they are doing, it's working. Definitely recommend making a visit.“
