Chick-fil-A in Greensboro

“By far the best CHICK-FIL-A in Greensboro. They ALWAYS get it right. Store is always clean, the employees are very nice, and the biscuits melt in your mouth. The food is always done right. Furthermore, they always cook your egg whites perfect every time. They are not burned and crispy as you ALMOST ALWAYS get at the FRIENDLY SHOPPING CENTER location. When you bring it to the managements attention, they blame it on the equipment. You will not experience that nonsense here on Battleground, they are as close to perfect as you can get!“

“Channel was amazing serving us this morning. She had a smile and was super polite even when it took me some time to find my order which was amazing because I knew the drive through line was long. I really appreciate everything that everyone did this morning. I hope everyone has as great of an interaction with Channel as I did.“

“I visited this establishment on a day I had class and was is a serious time crunch, 20 minutes until my class started. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my order was taken and my food was given to me. All while still having very respectful and helpful service! Very happy with my experience!“

“Who doesn’t like Chic-fil-a? This one was standard good with very friendly staff, fast service and the predictably great chicken. I went for breakfast and had their chicken biscuit for the first time. Excellent. And their great iced tea - better than other places. There’s a lot of choice for breakfast biscuits in Greensboro and Chic-fil-a is a strong competitor.“

“Chick -fil-A is the ONLY fast food that I'll eat. Across the board they kill it! My food is always good, never have an issue with food! The service is ALWAYS impeccable at any and every chil fil a u go to! Inside and outside are always cleaning and employees are always steadily cleaning up! With a SMILE!! They're outside in the drive thru coming to you to take ur order ...like I said across the board chick fila delivers!!!!..... Oh and of course most locations have a clean and much loved play place for the littles!!!“

“It was so, I mean so busy when we were there but service was still fast. My only complaint is the parking\\drive thru at this location. The whole parking thing is so convoluted, I may not go back for that very reason. That's the worst I've ever seen“

“I normally take food to go, but this one time, I forgot my milkshakes on the parking lot. Staff was so kind that they remember who I was and reimburse me for the one I left behind. They really had outstanding customer service. Not because of the milkshakes, they are usually nice to everybody, and they do their job real well. I love chick fil a. And I would strongly recommend everybody.“

“Food was good as always, workers are extremely kind and well mannered as always, but the drive thru line and wait was extremely long.

They didn't have the workers standing outside taking orders and accepting payments at this time, so every single car got their food and paid at the same time. Even the mobile order line was packed.

That being said, once we got to the main window, they asked our name and bing, bang, boom - we paid and immediately were handed our food. Food was hot, fresh and our order was perfect.

The team did an excellent job, though they were swamped with customers. Everyone was working hard yet still kept a smile on their face. Kudos to all of them!“
