“I normally take food to go, but this one time, I forgot my milkshakes on the parking lot. Staff was so kind that they remember who I was and reimburse me for the one I left behind. They really had outstanding customer service. Not because of the milkshakes, they are usually nice to everybody, and they do their job real well. I love chick fil a. “Chick -fil-A is the ONLY fast food that I'll eat. Across the board they kill it! My food is always good, never have an issue with food! The service is ALWAYS impeccable at any and every chil fil a u go to! Inside and outside are always cleaning and employees are always steadily cleaning up! With a SMILE!! They're outside in the drive thru coming to you to take ur order ...like I said across the board chick fila delivers!!!!..... “Had a catering order here and made the mistake of ordering for AM instead of PM. The manager on duty was very kind and helped resolve the issue even though it was our fault. The staff all took good care of me while I waited. I visit this restaurant about once a week and everyone there is very kind. The food is given hot and delicious.“
“Food was good as always, workers are extremely kind and well mannered as always, but the drive thru line and wait was extremely long.
They didn't have the workers standing outside taking orders and accepting payments at this time, so every single car got their food and paid at the same time. Even the mobile order line was packed.
That being said, once we got to the main window, they asked our name and bing, bang, boom - we paid and immediately were handed our food. Food was hot, fresh and our order was perfect.
The team did an excellent job, though they were swamped with customers. Everyone was working hard yet still kept a smile on their face. Kudos to all of them!“
“I absolutely love love love this location. I work up the street and i put in a mobile order around like 1-2pm and let me tell you they do get packed but that line moves faster than a hot knife through butter! The entire staff is always super nice and so very hospitable I have only been in this area for 2 months and I would make the hour drive from my daddies farm just for the service alone. My food is always fresh they never disappoint.“
